Mike Nankovitch is very great at what he is doing. He makes people feel comfortable, and his explanation of what needs to be done to service your car, always is very simple and easy. Added to that, he has "people skill"; he listen attentively to your concern and his answer very respectful and professional.

My adviser Mike Nankovitch always takes the time to go over every details with me, answers all my questions, and addresses with care any little concerns I have. Excellent customer service! I can t say enough great things about the sales rep I was working with, Ihsan. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I leased my first Mercedes from him and can t wait to come back and get another when my lease is up. I plan on working with him again and highly recommend anyone else to do so as well if you want great service! Also, love this dealership- so well-kept and clean!

I am submitting this review for Jesus at the Service Division. I have had the prestine privilege of being served by Jesus at your service outlet. I came in with an anxious dispensation for anticipated costly repair of passenger side, ABS system on my 2004, CL600. Jesus, observed my countenance, without delay, quickly embraced the circumstance and accommodated me with utmost professional concern kindness - making sure I am given the right response with confidence that I will be taken care off and should have nothing worry about. Whenever I called, he answered with politeness and professional responsibility. Jesus is a true professional with positive spirit of care. I have observed him with the same politeness as he greets everyone that enters the service office. He is very dependable and trustworthy. I will recommend Jesus to anyone for quality car service.

I have been working with Rick Acosta as my service advisor for just over a year now and i could not be more satisfied with his work. He is extremely efficient at getting me in and out for my service appointments without any issues and is always 100% honest with me. I ve had more problems than imaginable with a used CL63 and i would have given up and gotten rid of it already if it hadn t been for Rick and his fantastic team.

I've had two service visits at the dealership and Jaden handled everything from beginning to end making it a pleasant experience both times. Service calls are generally a major inconvenience but with Jaden in charge its actually a pleasant experience!

He is very knowledgeable about my Mercedes vehicle and takes his time explaining and answering questions I may have. Although I did not purchase my Mercedes C230 and GLK from Mercedes Benz of Tampa, I have been taking them there for service for two years since moving from Texas. Michael Nankovitch has overseen my service needs on a number of occasions, because both vehicles are older and have high mileage. Mr. Nankovitch has gone above and beyond normal customer service to council me about my vehicles needs. He has always made sure that I was satisfied with the service and that I was fully informed each step along the way. The quality of the service has been excellent. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and Mr. Michael Nankovitch.

Dave Z is awesome!! I live in New Tampa and a Benz dealership is 5 miles from my home (Mercedes of wesley chapel), I've been there twice and I prefer to drive 20 miles across town to do business with the Tampa dealership because of their service. I highly recommend this dealership.

Absolute 5 star experience from sales, service and finance!! Juan Arango was one of the most professional and easy to work with salesmen I ve ever dealt with. Bob Net in service has always taken amazing care of me when maintaining my vehicles. Mercedes-Benz makes a great vehicle, but the high level of service I receive from this dealership keeps me coming back car after car after car. They truly take care of their customers in a way like no other dealership I ve experienced.

My wife brought our car in to have a check oil message checked. They had the car for two days did about $700 in work on other things. When we got the car back, the next morning the check oil message was back. Wow is it that they do not address the problem you brought ut in for? A total waste of time. It is a further drive but worth it to go to crown.

I have bought 3 vehicles from Mercedes Benz of Tampa. I have always used Kern Charles and Zack Kelly when purchasing vehicles. Their service is excellent and outstanding. These guys are the best, and I always recommend those two gentlemen to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle.
With these two guys at Mercedes of Tampa Bay I will never shop anywhere else.

We visited Mercedes Benz of Tampa to purchase a smart car after having purchased one 7 1/2 years ago at the smart center in Tampa. This purchase experience was so much better than that one. Everyone was kind and professional. Luis Garcia was great to work with in sales, Ron Wordon checked in on us several times, showing genuine interest and concern. Jerry Cardine was great to work with when signing all of those papers! We really appreciated how well everyone treated us and the professional atmosphere. We would definitely purchase here again.

Mike Nankovitch is a courteous, and professional service advisor. He is well educated on all Mercedes products, and expedites appointments when he feels there may be a safety concern. He calls after your car has gone through diagnostics to explain findings and if additional costs may be involved. All the service personnel reflect the same demeanor and professionalism as Mike. These qualities permeates this Mercedes dealership and make it so special... from purchase to maintenance, it is always a great experience.

My van had exceeded the mileage on my first maintenance. I was on the road and wanted to stop by the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealership of Tampa. I contacted the service department to see if they could fit me in on short notice, and they were very helpful and worked with service advisor Eric Gonzalez to get me in and out in a timely manner.

This place used to be great place to buy car. However, I am very disappointed for lacking professionalism from their Sales & Service Managers to solve the issue. I bought the 2 prepaid maintenance for 3 years lease car. However, I cannot do the maintenance because of the Covid-19 situation and this place was also close during my maintenance due date. When I want to do It, they said It was expired and they insisted me to pay for it. Sales Manager, Tom, and Service Manager, John, have agreed that they will waived my maintenance fee. When they pickup my car for service, the service person, Joe, called and angrily refused to do the works and hang up my phone call. I have leaved the voice mails and have texted Tom to call me many times, but he has no courtesy to call me back at all. I brought this issue to the Customer Relation Manager and I had explained my situation. Few hour later, they have agreed to work on my car but It was only for free oil change. John was calling me back after that. This is ridiculous. They said this is the MB Policy after they have agreed to solve this issue. I bought many cars from this place but I don't think that I will buy any cars from this place again. I will need new car within a few months from now and I don't think I will buy from this place again after the way they have treated me.

Purchased a S550 for myself and a Jeep for my mother and they made the purchase of both vehicles easy. They had a better price in the model I wanted then anyone in the next few states. They delivered on all promises made. Outstanding customer service even after the sale was done. Very knowledgeable staff members who take pride in their work. I bought my 2014 ML 350 at this dealership with a 3 years service plan. I have always have the dealer service my vehicle and i have not experienced any exceptional services from this dealer. 1st bad experience was a scratch on my dashboard when they delivered the vehicle to me, they replaced that but i had to went thru troubles to get them to replaced it. I called last week to schedule a pick up appointment for today at 10 am. the scheduler informed me that pickup service will not return my vehicle on the same day. it has to be the next day and i was ok with that. 10:45 no calls, no body to pick up, i had to call them. They said, they don't have any body to pick up my vehicle until 3pm if i didn't want a loaner. ok, i did not want a loaner but they will have some body to pick up the vehicle in 15 minutes if i pick a loaner option. 20 minutes later someone came with a loaner, asked me to sign the loaner paper which show $259 that i have to pay. Really? I refused to sign and ask the driver to have a service adviser to give me a call. 2 hours passed no phone calls yet. I am very frustrated.

From the first contact through delivery of the vehicle, this dealership surpassed my expectations in every way. Their desire to make the deal combined with their exceptional courtesy made this a most pleasant car purchase experience ever. The dealership is beautiful and the concierge service is wonderful. I drove past 3 Mercedes dealers and it is very worth the trip from Orlando!

I have been coming here for a long time. This is my second Mercedes and everytime I come I receive great service and the staff is always welcoming. Amenities are wonderful and clean. However, out of everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with, Jaleel Khan always takes care of me and makes sure that what I need for my car gets done and in a timely manner. Hands down I ve had the best experience here because of Jaleel. Thanks!

I personally had an incredible experience working with Jason from the service department. My 2017 E class has had several quality control problems that we were able to nail and fix. He was very prompt and professional. Put me in a courtesy vehicle very quickly when I told him I was running late for work. Was texting me with updates, and allowed me up to 24 hrs to return the courtesy vehicle after my car was fixed and good to go.
Had an incredible experience with Jason and the dealership overall, I highly recommend going there for your Mercedes-Benz services, you won't be let down.

I live in Wesley Chapel and drove to Tampa because of the bad service I recieved from the Wesley Chapel location.

I took my car in today for service and it was fantastic. We were very impressed by the level of professionalism that Mecerdes of Tampa provided today. The service representative Ellen was very pleasant to work with and helped with my appointment.

Highly recommended and will continue to visit this location.

My experiences with Mercedes Benz have always been professional, no stress and easy to work with and communicate with the personnel. I credit that to my Service Tech / Representative Dave Z. Dave Z is such an asset to Mercedes Benz of Tampa. There should be more people like him. It s always a pleasure doing business with him.

My windshield wiper arm flew off of my car last we...

My windshield wiper arm flew off of my car last weekend. Went to this dealership and bought $85 windshield wipers and had them install them.
Realized new wiper blades are not functioning properly. They were stuttering and they left two deep scratches in my windshield.
I call and service again says to just come up to the dealership with no appointment and they would get me in. I walk inside to talk to an advisor and they are all sitting around BSing and they look like I ve disturbed them. Typical service/ sales looking jerkoffs.
Dave one of the managers tries to argue with me that the new wipers were installed correctly and they did not cause the scratches. I explain to him this is a common problem and he disagrees. I said you are going to fix my f-ing windshield or we are going to have a problem. He acts like he feels threatened and says would I like to him to have me escorted off the property. No Dave I would like for you to fix my windshield on my brand new car that you re techs ruined.
Jesus one of the other service advisors took me outside and cleaned my windshield with a special agent. He calmed me down and he offered to have his techs try to get the scratches out on Monday. Super nice guy.
So 3 stars after Jesus saved the day.

An all around great experience, Katherine Rogers is such a great service advisor, very attentive to my needs, helpful with suggestions and made my service experience a truly great one. Explaining other problems my car needed addressed and didn t pressure me one bit. Car was ready when I was told it would be and also did an amazing job cleaning it before I picked it up. Repairs actually less expensive than the original estimate. I would recommend the dealership to everyone in need. Thank you Katherine for all your hard work and communication.

Very Attentive, high quality service. Service Center is always immediately there to take my car, Employees are polite and respectful of your vehicle. Dave Z helped me tremendously with my car. Other companies wouldn't return my calls or texts for weeks, Dave responds quickly. Very very happy with all my vehicles, and I'm happy knowing that they actually value me as a customer.

I came in during the month of December of 2012 to seek out a dealership to make my new vehicle purchase. I currently own a 2011 E350 and I was looking to upgrade. As I know my credit wasn't in the greatest standing, my sales person, Kevin Thompson, was kind enough to reassure me and made me feel comfortable about making a new purchase. As I submit my application, the guy in Finance, Chase (or very similar to that name...he is a slight red head, rude individual) almost got PHYSICALLY VIOLENT with me for having a question in regards the status of my application since I was going on the third day of waiting. As I got my response, I was told to bring some very significant down payment and I would get a new car.

After leaving that day, I needed to come back two weeks later to service my vehicle, my service representative, Casey, never updated me on my vehicle and things that needed to be done in the future as I had a very, very expensive service due next time. Well, today I stopped by to get a quote on how much would my next service be, and somehow I was tricked into overpaying $102 for wiper blades. After I got home I realized what happened, I called the service department and Bob, the guy who "served" me today, was extremely rude about my concern, dismissed my statement about I purchasing the wiper blades and installing them myself, and then tried to get verbally abusive towards me on the phone.

Remember that trade in I was going to do in December? Remember how I got approved but I needed a significant down payment? Well Mercedes Benz of South Tampa, I finally have it (one month later) and I will take my $38,000 to another dealership that will definitely bend over backwards for my business.
