My service advisor was Jaden Batten and she was wonderful. I took my GLB250 to her and she updated me daily with what was wrong with my vehicle. I will for sure have her as my service advisor from now on. She is very pleasant to deal with and is a GREAT asset to Mercedes Benz of Tampa. :)
