My wife and I are shopping for a very specific Sprinter, we stopped in to Mercedes of Wesley Chapel as our first store, the salesman was fantastic however it was not the van we were looking for but it would have done the job. Began to talk numbers, this is where it went sour real quick. The sales manager said we are no where near a realistic number and then just walked away from us. It was close to closing so maybe that had something to do with her poor and unprofessional behavior. BUT we decided to make the drive to Mercedes of Tampa, very glad we did! We had the pleasure of working with Mecca! Thank you for your professionalism and time! We hope to be back tomorrow to purchase from you! I did not tell her of our bad experience with wesley chapel til the end, she was honestly a delight to work with!
