Excellent communication and service. The thing that I find most irritating about taking my car for service is a lack of communication during the process. I may see my car in a half hour, it may take four hours, usually I'm stuck just waiting and steaming. Mercedes in Tampa is different. They checked me in, told me how busy they were, told me within 30 minutes how long my service would take, even checked in with me twice while I was waiting in a well-appointed waiting room. The time didn't fly, but my time was respected and that is what separates Mercedes from other dealers. Well organized and efficient service is hard to find. These guys are practicing it.
