I purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago from MB of WC. My sales experience with Howard was great. However, I am unable to say the same about the service department. The service department does not align nor stand for the luxury brand at ALL! Very unresponsive, not eager to service customers, and generally unpleasant to deal with. You can never get anyone on the phone. As a result, I have my vehicle serviced by MB of Tampa. My favorite service provider is Ms. Jaden. She responds promptly and goes above beyond to service your needs. When someone broke into my vehicle I needed my window repaired and although, MB of Wesley Chapel is closer, I could not get anyone on the line. Jaden with Mb of Tampa arranged for my vehicle to be picked up and provided a loaner for the same day. I was super pleased being in the middle of a pandemic and she exceeded my expectations. Fast forward, my vehicles engine light came on and of course I wasted time calling MB of WC as they would not arrange to pick my vehicle up but of course Jaden with MB of Tampa was able to get my vehicle in the same day, loaner provided and my vehicle was fixed by next the day. She exceeds my expectations every time and has excellent customer service and communication skills. As long as she is with MB of Tampa, I will forever have my car services handled by her. Thanks Jaden for always providing me the luxury world class experience!
