Rude and unprofessional people.

Having just sold my 2015 Porsche GT3 to another Mercedes Dealership (House of Imports in Buena Park), I was interested in a Jagua F Type R that they currently have for sale for 53k (as of 1/19/19).
I decided to drive from West LA, where I live, to Signal Hill, fighting the 405 traffic.
When I arrived to the Dealership, in my Mercedes Benz, I was greeted by a non specified sales person that did not even bother to introduce himself.
I told him I was interested in the F Type R and he grabbed the keys.
We then walked to the car and he said he was pulling it out from the parking spot.
After he did this, I asked him if he wanted my driver's license and to my surprise he said I could not test drive the car.
I asked him why and he said that due to being over 500 hp (the car has 550hp to be precise) they do not allow test drives without running a credit app first.
I was in total shock. What???!!!
I left right away.

I buy and sell several sports car on a yearly basis and never and I repeat never, I was denied a test drive.

First of all I do not run any credit app to test drive a car (although my credit is excellent ).
Furthermore I usually buy my cars cash and do not finance them.

The way I was treated is embarrassing. A Mercedes Benz owner humiliated in a Mercedes Benz dealership.

PANDEMIC HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS!!!!
I went to DMV office and agent said you didn't send proper paperwork to them, don't twist words trying to go around main topic which is you sold me a car and didn't send proper paperwork allowed me to register vehicle. Don't blame DMV - they are open to the public! I had to let go one of my employees because I couldn't let him drive a car without registration. My business lost a month of revenue and it's all because of your incompetence. YOU ALLOWED ME TO BUY AND PICK UP A CAR AND DIDN'T SEND PAPERWORK TO REGISTER IT SINCE JUNE 10TH. IT'S STILL NOT REGISTER FOR OVER A MONTH, THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Bought my husband an AMG E63 here with help of a fantastic sales girl named Erin. LOVE HER! So professional, knowledgable and absolutely no nonsense. Pain free and almost fun experience (how much fun could purchasing a car be?) We have subsequently been traveling all the way back there every time for service because of advisor Narcisco. Always under promises and over delivers. Professional respectful and sincere, NEVER PUSHY. Worth the trip- my kids love the clean kids room with toys tv snacks!, I love the gourmet coffee machine and fresh fruit! If you are shopping for a merc or for service, you definitely should give these guys a visit.

Nick in the service dept. was very good. This is my second time working with him. Both times I was in for warranty repairs and both times his keeping me informed was also very good. It's nice to know there's a reliable dealer near my home.

That s one of the best dealers i have ever delt with when i went in i was so confused and i had no idea what to get and what if my credit would be good enough for a benz but thanks to hany i got a way better deal than i expected. He was so helpful , patient and knowledgeable.

Horrible Customer Service!!!! I wish I could give them "0" Star!!!

Me and my family we own more than 10 Mercedes for years, but I haven't seen this kind of bad Customer service in entire my life!!!

I strongly recommend the Mercedes Owners to Do Not Take your car to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach for Service, the minute you walk in they are nice to you but after you give your car to them troubles will start!!! advisor and follow up about the status of your car, it took forever to talk to a right person, always you ended up to the voicemail and nobody will call you back even if you leave message more than 10 times a day!!!!

I took my Brand new SL 2016 with just 500 Miles drive on it to the Mercedes Benz of Long Beach on First week of February 2016 for repairing the Driver seat massager, my car was there for 4 days and they couldn't fix it initially, they said it takes 4 to 5 weeks to get the parts that they don't have it, so I picked up my car but immediately I noticed not only Driver Seat massager still is not working, also heating and cooling system for both seats are disabled along the Auto Park system that wasn't working anymore!!!! Also the steering wheel was somehow on odd positions (it wasn't aligned anymore!!!). So I called to report all these problems that they added to my car but same as always I ended up to the voicemail!!!! after a day the advisor called and when I told him what happened he said they will fix everything when I bring back my car in 4 weeks.

It took them 7 weeks to Inform me (They even didn't call me back I was the one who were calling them after week 4 every week till find out parts got there) to take my car for repair and I left my car for another 3 days there. When I wanted to go and pick up my car they mentioned you must pay $562 for alignment of the car which it was their fault and they did that to my car along other problems, but even the service manager refused to accept it after all these problems that they caused and wasted my time during 2 month!!!

So that was my experience with Mercedes Benz of Long Beach and I hope it help other owners to be aware of their horrible customer service and take their cars to other dealerships.

Great customer service treat everyone with respect my service rep Colby Shaffer I've dealt with him on a couple of occasions great guy trouble shoot on maintenance needed on the car priority first over if it really needs the other services at the time or not.

He made my Wife and myself feel as if We were important to your Bussiness, not an interruption to it. Derek answered all of our many questions regarding the car in a Courteous and informative way . Derek even called us a couple of days after delivery of the car , to make certain that we didn t have any unanswered questions.

I have owned Mercedes automobiles for over 10 years, and the absolute best service I have ever received was from Nic Ortiz. He gave me 5 star treatment and I couldn't have asked for more. He is definitely my favorite service advisor of all time.
PS Cory also receives Kudos from me for helping me and showing great patience.

Very dissatisfied with my treatment at the dealer....

Very dissatisfied with my treatment at the dealer. Whenever we bring our cars in for service, new or old we are always treated with respect.

Upon my most recent visit REBECCA in service was very rude. We tried to explain our issue but REBECCA is a total witch with a B, telling us word for word "ahh ahh ahh I don't wanna hear what you THINK is wrong, I wanna hear what you are experiencing" in the worst attitude tone of voice. We brought in our oldest Mercedes, a gorgeous 1999 ML320 for a diagnostic. After being so short and having ALOT of attitude with my mom and I, we didn't see our car for 2 days (in on 1/7/18). We called today on 1/9/18 for an update, she says she broke the door and because of that they can't get into the car and haven't even started.

Now, I believe if I had brought our 2016 E63 AMG we would have received much nicer treatment. But this new girl, REBECCA is just not up to par for the Mercedes Benz name. And as long as people like REBECCA are there, I am going elsewhere and I highly suggest you all do the same.

Colby Shaffer, our Service Advisor is the reason why we had our car serviced in this place. We used to go to Buena Park where he used to work because of him. He is very accomodating and very caring to all his customer. He treats us as if we were his family. Your company is very lucky to have him! Great Job for pirating him

I went there today to see a B-class electric car The worst customer service ever from any dealer. The sales person was very unprofessional, less knowledgable sales person who got up during having a conversation with customer every single time a customer asked a question and signed the other salesperson to help him out. Even if i liked the car I would go to some other MB dealer who respects time of the customer and can better answer my questions.
Before I came here I went to nissan which is 500 meters from this place a BMW dealer and I would say Nissan's sales person offered the best customer service when I compare all three.

Bad customer service. When you pull in to bring your car for service, no one speaks or acknowledges you. Not welcoming at all. This is the third time this has occurred to me. A male client pulled in 10 minutes after me, immediately after he opened his door he was greeted. I never purchase any of my cars from this LB Mercedes due to their bad customer service & lack of. Won t be back any type of service.

HORRIBLE Manager. He needs customer service training and a refresher on what his job responsibilities are (and maybe some more incentives??)! Yesterday night, 5/20/18, around 830pm, we went in to purchase a vehicle. We've bought 2 vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach in the past, so after looking around all day, we just wanted to get the car we wanted from a reputable dealership that we trust. KBB price to buy this certified vehicle from a dealer was 25-30k. The car was at 30k. Our salesman was great (10/10), but given that we wanted to negotiate a lower price, his hands were tied, so we ended up speaking to the manager (within a couple minutes). Note - we found this exact vehicle for 25k, but it wasn't from a Mercedes dealership. The negotiation didn't even happen because as soon as we mentioned we had found the vehicle for 25k, the manager told us to go buy it over there. In other words, told us to leave!!! HELLO, WE ARE TELLING YOU WE WANT TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM YOU, BUT AT LEAST TRYYYY TO NEGOTIATE. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TRY THIS HARD TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM YOU!!!! I didn't even care to get his name because frankly I was ANNOYED and baffled that a manager didn't care to TRY to lower a car price by ANY PERCENTAGE. Mercedes please get some COMPETENT MANAGERS who can GIVE EFFORT to their customers!!! It sounds like you need to hire people and offer some incentives because I am BAFFLED at the fact that NOTHING COULD BE DONE & no discount could be applied (not even 0.000000001 %).

I just leased two cars from Long beach Mercedes over the weekend for me and my pregnant wife. Starting from the initial engagement conversation through internet sales manager, Lee, and all the way to signing the deal and follow up by all the team members, every little step that I went through with Long beach team was the best car shopping experience that I ever had. Me and my wife felt closely connected with the team and loved how Lee approached us professionally with great work ethics but also personally caring and addressing all our needs and concerns. The finance manager was kind, precise and efficient, which helped us to sign the deal in the shortest time ever despite it was two cars at the same time. Lee's assistant was also super sweet and caring, helped my pregnant wife from A to Z with all necessary functions that could be utilized with the vehicle. Prior to finishing the deal with Lee, I communicated with several other dealerships including other premium brands as well but none of the salesmen was good as Lee in terms of pricing, efficiency, caring. I would love to recommend this dealership and especially Lee if anyone is seeking to get a new car, you will be happy that you made the right choice.

It s Been almost 1 year they had promise to refund...

It s Been almost 1 year they had promise to refund my smog check fee ( because they forgot to do smog check before they sold me my car) and for my rear window tint fee because they had remove one window tint due to sales sticker couldn t get off. Every time i called i get run around i fax my receipts almost 4 times mailed copy receipts 2 time but i still haven t got any money back yet. Please AVOID going to this dealer they really don t care after you leave dealer ship . I purchase S550 paid lot of money for it this is kind of service i get after purchase. GO to OTHER mercedes DEALER.
