Horrible Customer Service!!!! I wish I could give them "0" Star!!!

Me and my family we own more than 10 Mercedes for years, but I haven't seen this kind of bad Customer service in entire my life!!!

I strongly recommend the Mercedes Owners to Do Not Take your car to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach for Service, the minute you walk in they are nice to you but after you give your car to them troubles will start!!! advisor and follow up about the status of your car, it took forever to talk to a right person, always you ended up to the voicemail and nobody will call you back even if you leave message more than 10 times a day!!!!

I took my Brand new SL 2016 with just 500 Miles drive on it to the Mercedes Benz of Long Beach on First week of February 2016 for repairing the Driver seat massager, my car was there for 4 days and they couldn't fix it initially, they said it takes 4 to 5 weeks to get the parts that they don't have it, so I picked up my car but immediately I noticed not only Driver Seat massager still is not working, also heating and cooling system for both seats are disabled along the Auto Park system that wasn't working anymore!!!! Also the steering wheel was somehow on odd positions (it wasn't aligned anymore!!!). So I called to report all these problems that they added to my car but same as always I ended up to the voicemail!!!! after a day the advisor called and when I told him what happened he said they will fix everything when I bring back my car in 4 weeks.

It took them 7 weeks to Inform me (They even didn't call me back I was the one who were calling them after week 4 every week till find out parts got there) to take my car for repair and I left my car for another 3 days there. When I wanted to go and pick up my car they mentioned you must pay $562 for alignment of the car which it was their fault and they did that to my car along other problems, but even the service manager refused to accept it after all these problems that they caused and wasted my time during 2 month!!!

So that was my experience with Mercedes Benz of Long Beach and I hope it help other owners to be aware of their horrible customer service and take their cars to other dealerships.
