Nicholas at the Autobahn Motors service department is very honest and helpful. Helped us figure out the issue with our MB E350 sensor issues. He had given us many useful tips. Nicholas made our experience to the service department a great experience. Thank you

Vehicle was brought in for routine service plus a warranty issue with broken clips on a molding on a Tuesday. The service advisor said that the vehicle should be ready by end of day. Towards the end of that day, my wife who was in the area drove her loaner to the dealership to see if it was ready. The service advisor " who did not call to advise her" said that they had to overnight the parts for the molding and that the car should be ready by the next day. The next day, he did call that the part wouldn't be in until late in the day and that all should be good for the following day. No call the following day. Mind you, we expressed to him that we were leaving for a long trip that Friday and we needed the vehicle since it afforded us plenty of space for our gear as opposed to the small sedan we were loaned. Friday morning comes and we had to make a call since the service advisor went MIA. When he finally returned our call, he said the car would be ready by 2pm. We were already on the road in our overstuffed sedan and expressed how unhappy we were with this process and that we would pick up the car on Monday mid morning. On Monday we return the loaner, go to the cashier and we are told that it would be 5 or 10 minutes while they bring the car up. BTW, the service advisor was off that day. After 30 minutes of waiting, no car. Go back inside and we are told they can't locate it. It turns out they mislabeled the key. Finally they locate it and drive up. The car is filthy outside and in, not to mention it clearly wasn't sanitized! We had him clean the car inside and out which took another 20 minutes and we are sure he did not sanitize it since he didn't mention anything. In summary, we gave them 1 star for the actual service of the vehicle which was done properly. The customer service experience was horrible. We could potentially tolerate this kind of service if it was heavily discounted , but we paid top dollar with terrible customer service.

After going to four different Mercedes dealerships...

After going to four different Mercedes dealerships within our reach, we finally found one that was sincerely trying to gain our business through their willingness to negotiate and professional conduct. Originally we had an appointment with Jeremy Liu but we were running late and he had to leave for the day. But he recommended us to his partners Jay and Isaiah. Right off the back you can tell how dedicated and customer-oriented they are. Jay inquired about the models and color preferences we might have and made sure they have the selections driven down to the lot and lined up for us before we arrived at the dealership. We went for a test drive with ISaiah who was very friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. When we sat down to talk about pricing, Isaiah provided us with different cars with similar features for us to weigh on and select from. Although we ended up going with a completely different model than when we initially intended to, Isaiah was very calm and accommodating to our numerous questions and proposals. He was running back and forth checking on different models from their other dealership in walnut creek as well as running back and forth to get approval for price reductions from his manager. He was working really hard to gain our business and I really appreciate that. All the while Jeremy was texting me to make sure that we were well taken care of by his associates. In the end, Jeremy gave us an amazing deal that we couldn't resist, even if we went for a way more expensive model, it was too great a deal to pass on the car we were in love with. Jeremy actually took the time to come back to the dealership and help us with the paperwork processing. He called my insurance company and took care of the nitty gritty paperwork details for us. Even though we were there til midnight to get everything done, these three associates made sure we understood everything from the pricing down to the features and details of our brand new car. They helped us set up our mercedes apps, sync our phone to the Bluetooth, and even made sure we made it home okay. Best experience I've had at a dealership. I would definitely recommend any one of them to anybody.

Excellent experience, starting with the pick up on time, ease of scheduling online, great communication with service advisor and all the repairs were completed successfully. Car was returned running great and looking great fully washed and detailed.

Couldn't get a hold of anybody in the service dept...

Couldn't get a hold of anybody in the service dept all day and finally Venici from parts department had someone from service call me. Venici was great and the whole parts dept was polite and efficient. Mercedes have poor quality and customer service and will not give you the claimed 2 year warranty on genuine parts since you bought a part before 2017. What is the difference between a part sold in 2016 and 2017? Nothing besides getting a worse warranty. A brand new part in my S600 went bad under 2 years, but Mercedes doesn't care. Just bad customer service and service dept doesn't care about driving a $180,000 and a poor quality part.

Tire lost pressure and ended up being a puncture . Brian C the tire specialist took one look at it and quickly got all paper work going including ordering the new tire. Rescheduled to a time that would work for me the next day and Jose B took care of the full maintenance start to finish. Good service overall. Happy customer . Thanks team.

My service advisor was Mell V. and that guy deserves a fat raise... i dont like the stealership and usually dont go cause they try and rob you with their high prices, but he was straight forward and saved me a lot of money wit discounts. He brought light back to dealerships for service. I will definitely go back to Mercedes for service. Thanks Mell!

Reed was my customer service provider. It is a Mercedes-benz Dealership, therefore I was expecting good service. But I received excellent service. Reed and the staff made the experience pleasureable to the point I can't see myself going anywhere other than the Belmont, CA dealership. Notwithstanding, I might be aquiring my next Mercedes-benz from the Belmont dealership. In closing, Reed is an excellent example of the high quality only offered by Mercedes-benz. Brovo!

What a great experience we had with Ali and Kendri...

What a great experience we had with Ali and Kendrick. They were knowledgeable, flexible and delivered on all their promises. We made a deal in less than 4 hours and we are extremely happy with our vehicle and our experience. Today a service manager called from Autobahn motor...

Today a service manager called from Autobahn motors and was polite and wanted to know how they could restore NY trust and return to their dealership. She has been there one year and was not there when I left. She noted that I have purchased multiple cars there and had been servicing vehicles for some ten years. I mentioned the class action lawsuit, Ferrari vs Autobahn, that affected both of my current cars for non authorized parts and products and netted the attorneys $370,000. and a one hundred girt certificate to me that has to be used at Autobahn. When my airbags were replaced we showed at a scheduled appointment to be told they were not there and that our appointment was canceled even though we received no notification. When the airbag was replaced on one car they broke the dash and tried to pass an obvious break when I picked up the car. A month took place while they finally agreed agreed to replace my dash. I had them promise ne that the identified worker who broke the dash without owning up to it would not work on my car. While under warranty, the inner workings of the sunroof were replaced and I never used the roof. Recently I faced a $3,600 bill to replace the same items. When I complained to Mercedes they gave me a small discount. :The very best or nothing." seems to mean nothing to the maker of the car and authorized Dealers. I have since experienced that Autobahn charged twice the price for the same B service. All the senior service reps are no longer at Autobahn and they are trying to hire experienced reps from other dealers. At this stage I don't trust Autobahn and when asked how they could earn it back, I told the service manager I did not know.

A very satisfied customer.
My car just kept going into limp mode. I scheduled for repairs online and took my car in a couple of days later. Left it with Nicholas. He called me a couple of hours later explaining the problem. A few days later I had my car back. That was 2 weeks ago. I m very happy with the results, feels like a new car again.

I bought my car (2009 C300) at this dealership in 2013 and have brought it there for every service. Over the years I had to get my lights changed out, or air in my tires. Every time it s been a complementary service and just needed to pay for parts (normally under $15). I ve even had one of their tire specialist tell me I should never pay for labor when it comes to changing lights, adding air to tires, or fluid for the windshield wipers.

I recently had issues with intermittent alerts to check and low tire pressure and the parking lamp. Normally I would just show up and have it fixed but because it was intermittent I thought I should have them check the sensors. I made an appointment for a Saturday.



This should have been a complementary service, so I was shocked when I showed up and was told that my bill was $73.08. It should have been $11.08 for the part. When I question the cashier, she even stated there shouldn't be a charge for labor if it s only the change of the bulb. So she paged the advisor. He was not making any sense and was giving me the run around. He stated it took them over 30 minutes to change it out which is complete rubbish. Two other customers had the similar issues, of being charged for something they didn t agree on. I didn t have time to wait and talk to them so I paid the bill and left.

I didn t want to make a big deal if I was wrong so I called to both San Jose and Fremont Mercedes. They both said I should have NOT been charged for labor to change the front right parking lamp. So, I called the service manager and we ended playing phone tag. I emailed him and cc the director of parts and service requesting a refund for the labor charge with no response to my email. I even went as far to find an old invoice showing that I've never been charged for labor for a bulb change before.

I was in the area looking at a used Mercedes Coupe and after driving it, decided a sedan was a better fit. I recalled seeing a sedan at Autobahn Motors than was nice, so I stopped by to see it. Great car and bought it that day. Vikram Giroh was great and found a deal that worked for me and I had the pleasure of working with Jagdeep in Finance. My whole experience was great. I recommend Autobahn and any of the Sonic Dealerships. A great group of professional people!

Autobahn Motors is by far the worst MB dealership in the Bay. Unless you want to buy a vehicle directly from their inventory they don't put any effort in for you. 3 years ago, I tried to special order a vehicle through Autobahn. The deal they offered was compelling and the sales staff was friendly. I waited patiently for 3.5 months for my vehicle to arrive. Every month I checked-in on the status and was told that things were progressing normally. At the end of the waiting period no car arrived. After multiple phone calls, I was finally informed that a mistake had been made and the car was never ordered. I received no apology and no attempts were made to make the situation right. They did offer to place another order, but than had the audacity to make me put another deposit down. I took my business elsewhere.

Fast forward to the present, and I am car shopping again. Thanks to the beautiful redesign, I decided to give Autobahn a second chance. As before, I will be special ordering to get the vehicle I truly want. Even so, it is still necessary to drive a vehicle before you place an order for one. You have to figure out if you actually enjoy driving it or not. After finding a C63 sedan in Autobahn's inventory and setting up a test drive appointment, I drove up to Belmont only to be told that they don't test drive AMG vehicles. One has to start paper work first (basically buy first, test drive second). If this was actually the policy it should have been made clear before setting up a test drive appointment. Naturally, though, this isn't really their policy at all. I'm not sure if they didn't want to be bothered to pull the car out for a test drive or if they didn't believe a thirty-something could afford an AMG (ridiculous, this is Silicon Valley), but regardless of the reason it shows that they simply don't care unless you are buying a car that day. As before, the sales staff was great, but the GM is incompetent and Autobahn continues to be run poorly.

I have owned multiple new Benzes, but I can't give Autobahn another chance after this. They just don't treat people well and only care about making sales numbers for that day. That might be fine for a Toyota dealership, but MB should be better. Basically ALL of the other Benz dealers in the Bay at least pretend to care.

I went to this dealership because my dad bought his Mercedes here and was well taken care of. So he recommended that I go here, and it was a very memorable and easy going experience for me. I m thankful for Mike and Wais who were very accommodating to my needs and what I was asking for in terms of my first Mercedes, and my finances. I will be coming back indefinitely in the future for all my car purchases.

I brought my 2014 E350 in for the 20k service and once again the service was superb. A had made an appointment a few days before and when I arrived I was nicely greeted and escorted to my advisor, Ernie Nolasco. He had all the paperwork prepared and after a friendly chat I went to the customer lounge. It didnt take more than 10 minutes before the shuttle driver came in to get me and I was home shortly thereafter. My car was ready later that day but I didn't pick up until the next day. The car was so clean after they had washed it. I was also pleasantly pleased with the cost for the service; I expected it to be more because the 20k service is a major one.

Thanks Ernie and everyone at Autobahn for taking such excellent care of me and my Mercedes.

Horrible Service Experience.

Horrible Service Experience.
Dropped off SUV for service on Thursday, was told I would be informed of an update in a day or two. After 2 days no call. Called service department for an update and no one could tell me the status of my car. Was informed someone would call me to update and get info on a loaner vehicle. Monday the next week still no call. I call again on tuesday to get an update and to speak with a manager but am told he's in a meeting. They take my contact info and say I will be called back. Was never called back. Called again later that day and still no Service manager available to speak to. Finally on Wednesday morning I receive a call from my service advisor who offers no apologies for no contact for the last 6 days, and informs me my car should be done later that day.
The following morning I go to pick up my vehicle and notice on the invoice there were two other issues found on my car that need addressing. I was neither informed about these issues or asked if I would like it taken care of. But the invoice states "customer will have work performed later." (thank you for making that decision for me).
Finally spoke with the service manager after arriving at the dealership and he apologized for his service advisor but also admitted there's nothing he can do about the last 6 days.
This type of service isn't something you'd expect from a domestic dealership let alone a Mercedes-Benz dealer.
I advise you to not select Andrew as your service advisor in the future.
