HCDO (huisartsencoöperatie Deventer en omstreken) Review

Total lack of helpfulness!

While we are on holiday here in Deventer, we just have to go to our doctor in The Hague for our healthcare. It was about being bitten by a wild horse. We were not welcome for a wound inspection and tetanus injection. And this is just during the day. We called ahead to just tune in, but triage type didn't find us welcome.

The next phase is that residents of Deventer must also go to The Hague for basic care. Or we report to SEH Deventer, where the costs are 5 times as high.

Good and friendly staff.
Waiting times vary, but that seems logical. Every patient wants his or her problem to be looked at with full attention. It is not predictable what and what problems will come in one day. It is not McDonald's.
It is in my opinion spatial (beautiful) but also efficiently set up.
There are special children's treatment rooms.
