Had incredibly gross fresh stains on our sheets /tufts of hair in one bed and body hair in the other. The beds had been "made" since the last guests but they had not changed them. When I reported it to the manager he was very unconcerned and said I guess I'll get you a different room... We switched rooms late and when we got to that room the sheets had more body hair on them. It was late and we needed to sleep and I didn't want to unpack a second time so we just called the manager again to ask for new bedding that we would put on. It took three tries before the person on duty could get us a full set of sheets and pillowcases for two beds...
The breakfast was lacking and the downstairs restaurant was incredibly slow.

Beds are fine, breakfast was horrible. Coffee was alright however the food had little selection, toast was frozen most mornings (Staff even advised just to toast it twice). Butter was used from days before and frequently didn't have individually packaged butter but rather served in a large bowl. Fruits were from the days before same as the sweets. Three spreads available but nothing else. Plates frequently weren't cleaned and when staff was made aware there was no rush to bring in new ones. We won't be returning!

I m attending a user group meeting at this spacious venue this evening. We re usually here at least twice per year.

Dinner was buffet style; very tasty meal and staff was very attentive.

Restrooms were clean and well maintained.

Lots of parking and close to Highways 401 and 407.

We had booked the main hall of the Monte Carlo Inn for an event 3 months in advance, confirming the booking with followups in the months after. Despite this, the hotel had double booked the hall for another event and only informed us the day before our event was supposed to take place. Such short notice forced us to cancel our function as we were unable to book another hall in time and inform all attendees. We are appalled by the management in this hotel as it not only cost us $1200 in preparation, but caused us to lose face in the eyes of our friends and colleagues.

The room was beautiful and large. Our specific room had a desk, good for any work need to be done as well as a large bed and and bed-couch. The lobby had an indoor pool that set at a warm temperatures 24/7 and there is also free breakfast from 6-10 everyday. There wasn't alot of variety in the food but there was a toaster for toast and bagels. The staff was very nice

I had a great stay at the hotel, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. At the restaurant I stopped to have a quick meal before the business of the day but the kitchen took quite a while to make my meal of a soup and sandwich. Soup took around 30 Min's and sandwich much longer. Asked to have the sandwich sent to my room and found it to be just left on my table all day.

Ok place for a stay but the breakfast setup is horrible and very limited. If you want fried eggs instead of boiled egg you have to pay an additional $6 for that service. not much to choose from

I stayed in the jacuzzi suite, and thought the jacuzzi was worth the upgrade. The hotel amenities were good: pool, fitness center, and free continental breakfast. The hotel is walkable to many places to grab a bite to eat, especially Asian cuisine. The drive to downtown Toronto is about 15 minutes - not ideal if you're planning on drinking, but just a quick trip if you're looking to explore downtown Toronto.

So far the WIFI sucks because someone tried to get into the network through a back door. It's being fixed but how long? My stay is April 26-28 2019. Also no robes in a Jacuzzi suite??? They don't cost much. This rating is so far, only 2 hours in.

The hotel looked grand. The room was tiny and cramped, but clean. Their free breakfast was very simple; toast, cereal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. Not worth it. The staff at the front desk were friendly

A relatively average hotel. The rooms are relatively small, but adequate and clean. The (fortunately free) breakfast but below average with very small selection. Ample free parking in front of the hotel available.

Stayed here for two nights. The room had a funny smell. The fridge temperature setting was too cold. Spoiled some of my food. The heated pool was nice.. But no sauna or hot tub. Room came with two towels. There was four of us. I asked the house keeping for extra towel cause there was four people. She handed me one extra hotel. I had to repeat myself and say there was only two towel in room and there was four of us. The free breakfast was disgusting. The watermelon was spoiled. God knows how old it was. The pastries were stale and old. It was disgusting. I would not stay here again.

My mom's suite was clean and the staff was nice. The pool is small and cold and has a sliding door to the hallway so it opens whenever someone walks by, so it was kind of annoying since the hallway was older than inside.

This hotel was stellar. The staff was very friendly and more then helpful. We had the queen suite with a jacuzzi and it was perfect for a couple. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a reasonably priced but nice hotel. Much better than a Holiday Inn.

It s a pretty decent hotel. If it were more expensive I d probably drop it down to 3 stars but for the price and what you get, there aren t a lot of complaints. The rooms are clean, staff is fine, breakfast is fine, coffee machine in the room is mad questionable in terms of use-ability and cleanliness. There s parking!
