Beautiful store with great customer service and an adorable dog!! Brian measured my feet and I tried on a variety of boots before I feel in love with a pair of black chelsea boots!! I highly recommend visiting this store in person! It was a wonderful experience!

Amazing customer service.

I bought a pair of Thorogood boots in January through Grown & Sewn. After a couple of months, no sign of the boots so I contacted them to get a tracking number to see was going on. After many emails back and forward to figure out what was going on, G&S offered to replace the boots that were lost by the postage service (so not their fault) with a once off voucher they had received to Red Wing shoes (or full refund if I wanted it). Absolutely amazing customer service, would recommend to anyone.

I visited the shop during a weekend trip to New York City in November 2019. I purchased two pairs of Red Wing Heritage boots--a pair of 3365s for my wife and a pair of 9111s for myself. It was my wife's first pair of Red Wings, so the staff was incredibly helpful in measuring her foot and letting her try on a several different pairs. We hung around for a while, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and having a good conversation. I've since ordered two more pairs of Red Wings from them.

Though there's a Red Wing store in Midtown, they don't have as large a selection of standard and exclusive Heritage boots like Red Wing Heritage NYC.

I look forward to visiting the shop during my next trip to NYC. Shop small and buy with confidence!

An exceptional indie brand that makes, hands-down, the best men's khakis on the market. Perfectly constructed without feeling fussy; classically styled without looking old-fashioned. If you visit their Franklin St. shop you may very well be assisted by one of the two owners, who are as unpretentious yet exacting as you'd hope for.

The customer service is really fantastic here. Bryan helped me correctly get my sizing down and even helped me further by exchanging a mis-sized pair of Red Wings I had just bought from the manufacturer. He entertained all of my concerns regarding choosing the right boot, size, and sole.

It was refreshing to work with a business that puts an emphasis on genuine customer service. Hopefully when I'm pursuing my next pair of Red Wings I'll be in the neighborhood and come do business with these guys again.

Stopped in the Redwing Heritage pop up last weekend when we were in town for a few days. Super helpful, had a full range of heritage styles to ogle and try on, INCLUDING WOMEN S styles. Super helpful and easy to talk to folks. I picked up a new pair of Rovers in a size that was new to me so I m glad I got to try them on.

Brian and Joe were top notch guys. I dropped off 2 pair of boots to be resoled and they gave me some great insight and options that would be suitable for my profession. I received the boots and all we could say is damn they are beauties completely ecstatic with the outcome! Thanks again guys, I ll def be back for my next pair!

Great store with very helpful/knowledgeable staff. Joe was extremely considerate of my budget and what I was truly looking for in a boot. Gave great feedback and wasn't pushing me in the slightest (which i appreciated). He helped me make the right decision on footwear and I have gone back to purchase 2 more since.

Joe & Bryan are the ABSOLUTE best guys! They are extremely knowledgeable about how a Red Wing boot should fit and finding the right boot for your needs. If they do not have the boot in your size they will order and call you once your boot is ready. I have purchased at least 10 pairs of boots from Grown & Sewn...at least 10! The Grown & Sewn clothing is really nice as well. I purchased the lightweight Chore Coat in black from Grown & Sewn. It is the perfect coat for errands and traveling. Grown & Sewn offers that old school charm and customer service that is missing from so many other stores.
