The restaurant stuff was amazing special mike he was great

Monte Carlo was nice and quiet with friendly staff.

Pros: Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Location was near a lot of different interesting stuff. Free breakfast. Lobby was nice. Cons: Could hear everything people said in the hallway while I was trying to sleep. They advertise fiber internet but the speed wasn't that fast (only 6 mbps download). Hallways were cold.

Room was great, staff were friendly an bed was really comfortable.

Jacuzzi was a bit small and the shower was in a weird spot (out in the open). The one thing I did not really enjoy was the breakfast - basically just toast, muffins and cereal. Other hotels offer a bit more variety

Overall would definitely recommend staying here again.

Attended a work event: breakfast, hot food and coffee were very delicious! First floor public bathroom was well kept and clean.

Nice big lobby , pool is huge , lots of plants .
The room i had was a decent size ( 2 queens room ) .
Blankets could be replaced , its 2020 !
Price was more then affordable

Great location. Came for a day course so I didn't experience many of the amenities but the staff seemed to be very friendly and service-oriented.

Rooms are clean, convenient location. Not too much variety at the free breakfast though...

The rooms are tidy and the customer service is really good!

Beautiful & Elegant Hotel
Staff are friendly, and the restaurant atendent really went above and beyond with my fiance's cup of tea to make it special. Room service serves a mean burger for only $11.67 with home cut fries, and only a $3 room charge We got a room with the jacuzzi, very very nice and well stocked, even threw in some bath salts! Overall would definitely recommend for a romantic getaway, or buissness night in town (decent dry cleaning prices, free breakfast, fast internet, and the iron worked well)

The suite was perfect, I only gave 4 stars because of the restaurant in the lobby. Being the only guest in there it still took 1 hour to get our food which was mediocre at best

Friendly staff and clean. Located in a very convenient location if you are hitting all the Asian places. The stay was good other than your typical inconsiderate guests who thinks they own the hotel and make as much noise as they please. There were a lot of door slamming and kids running up and down the hallway.

Nice staff and clean facilities however the bed was worse than a prison bet, not padding what so ever. Wife and I did not sleep for two days.

The place is very central, the room was very clean, the pool is a bonus. Only downside would be the somewhat limited lunch that does not include eggs and bacon. But otherwise, the service is courteous and I enjoyed our stay.

I visited the hotel for my birthday, the room was spacious and comfortable, although I felt they could use a few upgrades. Bed was nice, I had a good sleep. I specifically book the room with a jacuzzi tub to have a nice bath. Tub size is small, only for one. Free breakfast is offered, which you have to get a voucher from the front desk in the morning. Nothing special about the breakfast. The staff at the front desk had no customer service, they couldn't be more unfriendly. Check in and check out was sort of old fashioned. I will say that the value for the money is good. However, extremely disappointed with my stay I left a charger in the room and when I phoned to arrange pick up they told me it wasn't return to front desk. Very bad impression.

Visited a friend. Friendly employees and rooms are well kept. Location is convenient (close to downtown Markham).

We stayed for 2 nights coming straight from a 10hr drive so we arrived late at night. Rooms given were pretty far from main lobby so I wasn't a fan. People were nice enough. Breakfast was mediocre. Nothing special at all. Bed was nice. Room adequate but I would say a bit overpriced.

Great location to go in and around the city when visiting family and friends. Also fantastic for business events and accommodating big groups.

You won't find anything better than the Monte Carlo Inn. ..1 night turned into 4 best service and comfort definitely will be back and recommended highly..thank you

Rooms as well as space being used for venue were good. Just a bit of an issue with management at the time, but probably due to the nature of the event being held here

Very good customer service didn t have any issues checking in, calling for reservation, getting room service or speaking with front desk.
Was pleased with all amenities.

Washroom, room, beds, all spick and span.
Will def stay again without hesitation!!

I can hear the next room snoring, the cleaning lady on the topper floor this place sound proof is rly bad ! Every thing is too yellow inside !

We did a conference meeting here. Very professional. Loved it.

We've used the Monte Carlo for a couple years now for our annual dinner for about 75. The food has been excellent and the service friendly. Tech on site is merely adequate so those with more intense needs may need to augment, but in most cases it will be satisfactory.

Expedia booking error resulted in the front office team getting me sorted out. They honored the lower Expedia rate. Manager was a total champ!

Would book direct next time!

A not too well known hotel located off the Allen and chess wood in the northern suburbs.but well maintained and affordable

Stayed here for the weekend. Our room had a few issues--the tub did not drain properly, the coffee machine and TV did not work. The place looks nice, but they really skimp with everything else. For breakfast, you have to go to the front desk each morning to pick up your breakfast voucher which is inconvenient since you come down the elevator and have to make a right to go to the front desk, then walk back left down the hall to get to the dining area. Not sure why this practice was put in place considering the breakfast isn't anything to take advantage of (just toast, cereal, some juice...we get much better breakfast at other hotels). Plus, it seems the service desk people have trouble knowing who to serve first. I had come to the desk first, but was ignored. They seem to prefer serving older customers to younger ones. This happened to me and my friend on separate occasions during our stay.

Would be nice if booked for the day time over the internet
