I needed help and used the Chat feature on Member Clicks. I waited a few minutes before Michael joined the Chat to help me edit a posting on the Job Board. He immediately sent me a "How To" link. I stumbled a bit but Michael was there to push me in the right direction! I love the Chat feature, especially the fast response from the courteous folks at Member Clicks! Thanks Michael!

I manage my professional organization's website through MemberClicks and have loved the upgrade to Oasis! Our website has a more professional look and is easier to navigate than our previous site (I blocked out members' images for privacy). The membership management software with automatic lapsing of memberships is exactly what we needed and has allowed us to catch non-paying members from the past few years. I'm thankful that anytime I can't figure something out, the MemberClicks team is right there to help me! I've used the chat feature, phone, and email to get problems fixed quickly. A huge thank you to Lasha and the rest of the Oasis team!

Our organization has been with MemberClicks for the past four years. We use a variety of MemberClicks services such as membership database, website and event registration. We have enjoyed working them and any time we have needed help they are always quick to assist and have a solution. I appreciate they have a wide variety of knowledge resources and tutorials to use. Recently we just switched our website over to MemberClicks and the process to redesign it was awesome. They were so willing to work us to get exactly what we wanted and we have been really satisfied with our new website.

MemberClicks is a great database management system and we use it for many of our organizations we manage. The small staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their product. The support team is one of the best around, they are quick to answer support tickets or answer any questions called in. They have even helped me in a pinch by building a form I needed on a rush and for free instead of the typical fee for it. I love MemberClicks and would apply to work there if I lived in Atlanta!

P.S. The best part? They have a dog in the office!

Very cumbersome, takes hours to maintain. Training...

Very cumbersome, takes hours to maintain. Training is minimal. There is no way to talk to others who use the system to see how they resolved issues or set up the system. They have a help website and a "community" area but very few use it (one guy said he has been a user for 6 years and didn't know about this). There are questions in this area that have been there for years with no response. Pay online didn't come with so many hoops to jump through.

MemberClicks really has an "open door" policy when it comes to customer service. When I have questions, I get answers! They are prompt, friendly, and helpful. They are very open to suggestions and offer great training services. They are great!

We've ben clients for more than 10 years and hands down MemberClicks is the best of any software vendor we've used. I can always get advice and help and because they are so stable, often I reach someone who knows me and our association. They regularly improve the product based on user feedback.

Although there are some challenges with the program, I never have any issues with their help staff. They are prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. They will work with you as long as it takes to get your issue or question handled. They always find a way to work with me and sometimes I do things that are not easily fixable!

I m the first to admit I hate calling customer service lines. So often, the help you receive isn t helpful at all. Long wait times, no assistance fixing the problem you are having, etc. However, with MemberClicks, it s been very different. In the nearly two years since I became a customer, I ve never had anything other than a fantastic experience. I ve worked with multiple customer service reps and each one has been courteous and professional and have always helped me solve the issue at hand.
I ve never cringed at the thought of having to call or chat for help because I ve known I would get the same excellent service I ve come to expect from MemberClicks. I have met a number of folks from MemberClicks who were once customers and chose to change careers to join the MemberClicks team. That says a lot about the product and the company culture if people are that passionate to work for the company and it comes across in every interaction I ve had with a member of their team.
Kudos, MemberClicks, you have set the bar high and consistently deliver!
