Please stay away from this company. This place was...

Please stay away from this company. This place wasted my time and money. I will also file a complaint with the BBB. All promises until you sign the contract than just a bunch of white-collar thieves. I had a loss back in March. I was working with Brenda Heffner; she never submitted half the pictures to the insurance company, never returned my calls; they never showed up to do a field inspection, they said they don't do field adjusting because the insurance doesn't do it. Well, when the insurance sent a field adjuster out to my house, guess who didn't show up. I had to take all the photos; I had to tell Metro who the desk adjuster for my insurance company was. I had to meet with the field adjuster and do the work I hired metro to do. When I brought up all the issues I was having, Brenda told me to stop complaining. Bill and Mitchell took over my case, and it just sat for another month. They said that the insurance denied the roof, they would do nothing with the siding and denied the damaged awnings. All Metro did was file the initial loss to the insurance company and take their cut. That's it. After I parted ways and spoke directly to my desk adjuster handling my claim with the insurance company, the plot thickens. The insurance company never received the main roof photos from anyone at Metro! They only sent one picture of a portion of a shingled roof that wasn't even the part of the damaged house; they only submitted one awing photo that was cut off.
After the insurance company requested additional info, Metro just ghosted them. Now, after I reopened the claim because metro just let it close, I am getting the money to replace the roof, awning, and siding. It littery took one phone call to my insurance company to get that done. Metro had six months and took over a thousand dollars to do nothing. I wrote them an email asking if they could send me all the mail with pictures and dates to see if the desk ajuster was correct in his statements, and low and behold, no reply. This leads me to believe that Metro had indeed misrepresented me and my families best interest. So please do your research!!

I give them 5 stars because if it wasn t for this ...

I give them 5 stars because if it wasn t for this company we wouldn t have been able to get the insurance company to pay our claims on our own. On top of that after hiring Metro Public Adjusters and working with Barrett he was able to find other things that only a trained eye can see as another issue that can be added on to the claim. They were great and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions from start to finish of the whole process and they even mentally prepared us for the fight because that s exactly what it is and they fight for you! People need to understand that you are battling the insurance company which wants to drag their feet and wear you out and not pay for your claims and if they can successfully deny your claims it will discourage you from wanting to file any new claims in the future and that s how they continue to get rich. They aren t built off of paying claims out they get rich and continue to stay rich by denying and not paying you the max that you are owed while overall collecting payments from you for as long as you are a customer. But once you hire someone that can speak the language of the insurance company and be an advocate for you, it gives you the confidence and surety that your not alone and you have a good chance to win your claim! Do yourself a favor and learn your 100 page policy line for line and understand what certain words mean and how they are used or hire someone that can do it for you like Barrett from Metro and let them work on your behalf. You can call your insurance company yourself and use the wrong phrase describing your problem and the insurance company will take that info and you can get your own claim denied by just using the wrong vocabulary even tho you meant well. That s just the nature of the business! Great work Metro and I will call them before i call the insurance company and i will recommend Metro for any homeowner and or business owner!

I would never suggest anyone to work with this company. Company lacks integrity and the adjusters and company as a whole are thieves. I had MPa represent me for a claim 2 months ago. My insurance company issued the check to MPA and MPA stole the funds and lied to me about speaking with a representative from my mortgage company in regards to the funds being sent to my escrow account. I called the representative that Metro claimed to have spoken to at my mortgage company. The rep was completely confused and stated that they never spoke to anyone ever from Metro about my insurance check. I hired legal representation and I will be suing Metro Public Adjustment for my funds. The company is a scam and should not have any business in representing anyone.

This Company is legit as far as home insurance claim is concern and would mediate for you to recover what you deserve as far as your home insurance. I have them for years now. Mr. Ken Hadfield (Military Veteran) is very helpful and professional, he s one of the asset in this company.

Used this company as advised by someone, in regard...

Used this company as advised by someone, in regards being new to this process. They seemed professional at first, but they are not! The Owner is nasty and unprofessional when I contacted him about the poor quality work done on the roof and flashings.

Rather than him repair, he attempted to blame me as if I climbed up to the roof and damaged it! Unreal

I have since been questioned about this company and I would not refer them to fix a roof on a dog house.

But they were paid and I m sure that s all that matters to them.

Totally unprofessional in every way. Jamal Talib is the WORST.
6 MONTHS still have not received a dime. Did NOT represent me, but rather spoke ill of me to the insurance inspector.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I was always well informed on the process from all involved with Metro Public Adjustment Inc. I would also like to send special appreciation of the hard work by Mr. Tim Garnett and Mr. Brian Grey on getting this settlement for me with Donegal Insurance company.
My Contractor just finished the repair and we have the porch in better condition than original.

This company is the biggest thieft out there in 2016 0ctober my neighbor tree fell in the house we called our insurance and got the claim and received the check within 3 weeks but my neighbor call metro and say they might help me get more through my insurance claim, when the adjuster from metro came John Mesko said did you call your insurance already i say yes I already have the claim, we discuss the 35% payment to them for the supplemental claim my insurance preferred mutual send them the second check direct to metro for the supplemental claim and they took the 35% from and made a check to me, i was shock when I received a collection mail from metro public adjuster that i owe $1908.49 I tried calling multiple time let a voicemail to question this billed but seem like no body want to talk to me and they are now sue for $1908.49 they are the biggest thieves out there now they want 35% of the whole insurance claim when all they did is supplemental claim so basically they wanted 70% of the whole insurance claim people stay away from this company when you see their name, im already talking to my lawyer about this, they have no same to robbed ordinary people

If you ever find yourself in the awful position of...

If you ever find yourself in the awful position of losing your home and everything you own in a fire....stay away from this company. They will take what is already one of the worst experiences you will hopefully endure and make it 10x worse. Poor quality of work, dishonest, lack of communication, excuses on top of excuses and walking away from projects. This company made the already terrible pain a family of 5 with 3 young kids was experiencing and just magnified it. Companies that deal with this type of work should show compassion, caring and sensitivity. They showed greed, poor work and a complete lack of professionalism. Please go elsewhere. I don t have a case personally, but our family was affected and watching what they ve had to deal with as a result of this company is excruciating.
