The rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom. Cleanliness is ok throughout the resort.
The food is very diverse and tasty.
The pool is very well maintained and clean.
Parking for 20 levs per day (approximately 65 lei) as well as the minibar in the room is for a fee.
The resort does not have its own beach, only for a fee 23 levs per day (sunbed with mattress and umbrella).
The staff is friendly and attentive to customers.

NEVER BULGARIA! They ruined my holidays, poor quality food, you say you eat plastic, inferior tails at anything. Stay 3 hours on check-in, stay for 3 hours. Problems with parking, pick up of cars in front of the hotel and much more.

Excellent! Spacious room and very comfortable, suitable for family with kids, big bathroom, minibar, everything ok. Kids very much enjoyed the aqua park facilities (included), we appreciated as well the indoor pool as the weather was not always sunny.
Very good restaurants and food options on the pools area.
Disadvantage: the hotel does not have sunbeds on the beach, only in the swimming pool area. Sunbeds & umbrella on the beach are available on additional cost.
The ice cream in The Level restaurant was horrible - the cheapest and most unhealthy one, that should be immediately removed from a 5 stars hotel menu! Anyway, good ice cream was available in the main restaurant as well as in the swimming pools area.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, good service, good food, but when I got home I saw that my projector was stolen from the car in their parking lot with paid, guarded and video surveillance. But I had the surprise to find that it was replaced with a broken one and glued to the superglue, just like the chromed band from the projector, but I'm pleased considering that in the same period or stolen cars completely in the area.

Overall, we were happy with our stay at the Melia Grand Hermitage. The complex is very well maintained and makes a good impression, the pool is nice and (since we were only here at the end of September and there weren't that many guests) enough loungers and space.

The drinks offered in the all-inclusive package (soft drinks, coffee, cocktails, wine, beer) were delicious. We had to make a few compromises when it came to the food, as it was mostly cold or lukewarm and the range of vegetables and meat-free dishes was sometimes a bit small. Otherwise a large selection of fresh and pickled vegetables.
The breakfast left nothing to be desired with us. The offer ranges from fresh pancakes and fried eggs to a large selection of muesli and cornflakes, various breads and rolls and fruit, although we might have wished for a little more sliced fresh fruit.

The beds were made in the room every day and fresh towels were provided, which in our opinion would not be necessary. Sometimes we would have liked it to be sucked through. For the fact that they didn't do much, it always took a relatively long time to get back into the room and the room service was busy in a hallway for a long time.

In the last few days we unfortunately had a few very loud, annoying Russians in the neighboring rooms who did not know how to behave appropriately. It's a shame, but the hotel management can't help that.

It was another nice week for us at the end of summer and we can generally recommend the Melia!

Very nice hotel services. Cold pool in May, unheated, tiboggans open in July and August only. Correct beach. Correct restoration. Avoid the hammam, you will be disappointed. 5/10 minutes walk from shops, 15 minutes walk from the beautiful casino.

It was beautiful, nice staff, clean rooms, delicious food and a great facility. There was no wish left open and no eye was dry. In addition, the upscale atmosphere and fascinating landscape inspires. Thank you for the great holiday,

Best regards and continue to do good work

We were there as a family. With two children. The hotel is very nice, eat delicious and above all ample. Certainly one of the most beautiful hotels on the Golden Sands.

What we did not like so much that at night it was very noisy in the neighborhood; Barking dogs, the room cleaning was not accurate, the toilet would not be cleaned once and no toilet paper would ever forget. What a pity that the communication worked only in English, not German.

Otherwise we liked it a lot in the hotel. The decor is old but has its charm.

The hotel is upgraded, nothing from a 5star
The waiters are just there to clear the table so that you can free up the table
No table service, we even manage the drinks
Questionable dishes
Some are smiling but we can see that we are boring them
Non-French-speaking hotel get by in English way they don't have time
Beds without draw sheet and shame on a Bulgarian for a 5 *
In short, just a tourist factory

location is key and this property is steps from everything. And if you don't feel like leaving the property, that is fine also. This is a huge hotel that offers all-inclusive stays. The large pool is fun and energetic and the staff puts on a great show and leads all-ages activities throughout the day. The surrounding property includes water slides, archery, and other fun activities.
The beach is only steps from the property and the view from the rooms are fantastic.
This is a great destination for couples or families.

Great, good hotel. Food is delicious, quite simple, but different, tasty, different drinks, cocktails;) Children can also find a snack :) when taking AI, perhaps until the evening pizza and paella. Minus not having a bed at the sea, and if you buy, one person costs about 10Eur :) every evening there are events for kids, followed by other performances for 'adults'.

Super facility, professional service, immediate response at an appropriate level. Guest relations: nice and very professional ladies. Generally very clean, cleaning service very good. Delicious food, especially considering my dietary requirements and restrictions. The lobby bar makes the best drinks and has the best coffee available for guests without LEVEL. The hotel does not offer sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but there are plenty of them by the hotel pool. We will be back :)

We spent a wonderful holiday at the Melia Grand Hermitage hotel. The hotel is well situated. Close to the beach and the center of Golden Sands. The hotel rooms are large and spacious. Purely. Very good varied food. Everyone will find something for himself.
Animations for children and adults every day.
Two slides. Pools. Jacuzzi. Spa. The gym. Billiards. Ping pong.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A pleasant holiday in a great atmosphere! Very friendly staff who make every effort to make the holiday as great as possible. But also here it counts: how one calls into the forest, it comes back. We had "The Level" and would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet, relaxing holiday. We will definitely be back!

I came back here after eight years and I was disappointed .. the Romanian TV post was a tv taraf ... it was like an offense to the Romans ... if you respect it as a 5 star establishment you do not do that and the toilets in the common hallways the reception and the bar smelled of urine as you came in ...

Great for families with children, add they have a great team that takes care of them and plays with them (children over 4 years old, but the facilities are available for younger children too, under parents supervision). We were there in the all included program, which meant all meals, snacks and drinks were free. They offer massages there - quite good and quite cheap, so don't miss out.

Super nice hotel, best location, great view of the sea, facilities and bathroom very good. However, the food is not good at all. Each surrounding restaurant cooks better. Prefer to dine there.

We were at the hotel 10 days. This is the worst five star hotel. The hotel has two types of vacationers, the first are people who are just vacationers for them a separate breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool and place of rest. The food there is not tasty, fresh and without seasoning. The selection is very small. Cakes, pastries and cupcakes are made in some way (our students make prettier and more delicious) cooks returning 17 years. Waiters generally look about 16 years old. Fruits are the cheapest and not tasty, only the leftovers from the watermelon (the central part of the watermelon goes to another level above the floor). Kashi is generally a disaster. In Magdonalds, the food level is ABOVE. Room cleaned something like that. The table was not wiped for a week. The balcony was not cleaned. The bathroom smelled of sewage. The water in the central basin is 21 - 23 degrees. How can you swim with your child in such water! The animation was in Polish with a very low level. Children's room is only in Polish. If you go to the indoor pool, then you can t go to the sauna and hammam. BUT IF YOU TAKE THE LEVEL LEVEL AT THE HOTEL YOU WILL REMOVE THE NUMBER BETTER, EAT SEPARATELY FROM THE LOW LEVEL, YOU CAN VISIT THE SAUNA USING THE SEPARATE POOL. EVEN THE RECEPTION IS SEPARATE. THESE TASTY FOOD MUCH MUCH BETTER SERVICE. In total, there are two EQUATIONS in the hotel, these are suckers like we and others. As if in one hotel two levels, one is 3 stars and the other is 5 stars. I do not recommend this hotel. In addition to the beautiful view, there is nothing to do there. In front of the hotel there is a beach with paid sun loungers and if you put your towel on the sand you will be kicked out. There is a RIU hotel nearby, there is no need to pay if you are from a hotel.

Great service, crazy water slides. There is lots of activities whole day around swimming pool and at theatre. Very nice place for family to stay. Hotel is on the edge of nice beach and it has great view addition very busy and nice restaurant on the front road. Hotel also have many restaurants inside it so you always have option to select taste and time. Hotel have many bars, SPA, fitness, massage and kids section.

Car park charge of 120 leva after paying 1108for the room is disgusting. I travel the world and never pay parking for hotels. Tiles off the wall. Seems they think a star rating is based on how many rooms. They even said they have an ATM when it was a forex who wanted my card, would charge commission and asked me to give my pin number. There is a ATM 100 metres away. Breakfast was superb. People who post about the big beds don't know these are standard in Bulgaria. I am English, resident of Bulgaria. My friends room had tea making facilities but I had to bring my own. Have stayed in Sunny Beach, Dobrich, Sofia, Veliko Tarnovo and all hotels were cheaper and better even though they were 3 or 4 Star rating

A good choice for the family. A nice program for children every day. Although the language of the children's program was English and Bulgarian, the Finnish-speaking child also enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious and clean and the two-room solution worked with an intermediate solution. Special mention of good soundproofing, the noise of the pool restaurant or park stage did not bother you when you closed the balcony door. The restaurants have plenty to choose from and good food can be found for almost every taste. The restaurants have several delicious options that change from evening to night. The best delicacies were found in the meat department and, similarly, we missed fresher vegetables and fruits, as in many other southern European countries. The dessert side was very varied, many delicacies went untasted when the stomach has its limits. The house beer was very good but the wines mediocre. It was a slight disappointment, as Bulgarian wines in general are good. A single or childless couple should choose the Level solution so there is no need to suffer from the hassle or noise caused by the large number of children in restaurants. Thanks also to the helpful and friendly staff.

High quality hotel. The level is absolutely absolute: its own quiet restaurant and sunbathing and swimming area. In addition, an indoor pool for use by Level customers. Once upon a time a place for families with children where you can avoid a normal restaurant and pool ball.
