Front desk staff are friendly, view from 5th floor facing sea is fantastic. I cannot give it a better rating because the air conditioning unit does not work well, this is a must in a Spanish summer if you want to be able to sleep. Also the service is slow, it took almost two hours to get some towels delivered. Room is fine.

The Melia Sitges is my favourite hotel in Sitges. I've stayed here over 6 times and have enjoyed every visit.

The staff are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble. And there are smiles galore from the moment you check-in to the moment you leave.

Breakfast each morning is a delight - the buffet is well-stocked and extensive. It can get very busy though, so make sure you get down there early.

The hotel is well-placed, sitting a little outside of Sitges town. It's about a 10 or 12 minute walk into town, so not at all inconvenient. It's also well placed for the Platja dels Balmins - a small beach - just a few minutes from the front door.

Some of the rooms have wonderful views out to see and each has a sizeable balcony, which is perfect for getting some sun and for early evening relaxation over a drink.

I'll continue to return to the Melia (I'm back again in Aug 2017!) and will continue to recommend it to friends.

Beautiful hotel with all the necessary details for a very comfortable stay, has very good room service and has several restaurants where you can snack, have breakfast or eat. In the lower part as many rooms where congresses or training also has spa, gym ... Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with a very good service, very varied breakfast buffet, ditto for the evening. The hotel is big without feeling it. The pool area is smaller than the pictures. The sea side rooms are quiet with terrace, and it's nice.

The quality of the restaurant is not up to the class of the hotel

For the second consecutive year we have chosen this hotel to spend a few days this summer. A great hotel Near the marina and the beach, the spacious and clean rooms, the great pool, and especially the treatment of all the unbeatable staff. We will be back

We are staying right now, the pool is fine, the hammock area is green but there is more land than grass, the common areas are fine although the carpet in the hallway is horribly stained and worn, it looks dirty. The room is passable with an ocean view. The staff at the moment is very friendly. I'll update the review when we leave

Summary: the difference is in one click. The receptionists: ester and cristina very unpleasant, taking our hair and pretending to look at the computer to give us an answer. Our request? A room with a double bed and his answer was to tell us that putting the beds together does not show the difference. I am surprised that in a chain of this type you are treated like this and do not know how to offer more solutions than the click to put two beds together. Thank you.

In this Melia they manage the buffet service fatally, so I do not recommend half board ..... the hotel itself is agreed with the expectations and is recommended but not the buffet!

Very good quality hotel. Quality services (concert in the evening), well maintained premises, swimming pool very nice with many loungers around, presence of a bar at the pool with super mojito.
The pool view room is great, small terrace very quiet, good soundproofing. Sdb perfect with products delivered every day.

This is what we expected from this hotel.
Breakfast excellent, very rich, there is something for everyone (photos only breakfast)! The evening meal is good but nothing more, there is a choice but not very refined tjs (it's a buffet!)
I would definitely stay at this hotel which deserves higher marks!

Hotel is very cosy. Food is breathtaking. However, the fitness center is not for free.

Customer service, excellent. Large meeting rooms, for conferences. Spectacular panoramic views. Modern, super comfortable rooms, with all the necessary and well-equipped accessories.

Excellent location, very good service, all the staff is attentive, friendly and polite. The breakfast in the restaurant is plentiful but nothing special. Walking you will arrive in 10 minutes to the jetty where you will eat your dream! Small rooms but with very nice balconies and beautiful views! Ideal place to organize business events, has huge and very well equipped rooms. The auditorium is very large, the seats very comfortable, the stage impeccable. I attended a three day event with lunches and dinners for almost 1000 people, very well coordinated staff, delicious and abundant food. IMPECCABLE!

Premium room was fantastic with stunning sea view. Only minus was the long check in process but other than that it was great.

The hotel has a wonderful staff, of course that is their strong point. Charming and efficient it would be how I could better define all the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay. But undoubtedly who made the difference was the chef Sergi who prepared our delicious breakfast, I still dream of those tortillas in their style that could not be more wonderful, in addition to their recommendations to discover Sitges as if we were local. Thanks a lot for making us feel at home! In the counterpoint I found the rooms. I need a room adapted for the wheelchair and I understand that there are hotels that, instead of adapted, have accessible rooms, but this time neither one nor the other. The "adapted" rooms have hardly room for the chair, imagine to maneuver. The doors are not the best and without help can be a bit complicated and in the shower there is no facility for one to be independent to shower, luckily I asked for a chair and at least I got a little autonomy. The staff always willing to find the best solution but in terms of accessibility services and facilities should be improved a lot.

Ok food, but little serviceminded above conference attendees not staying at the hotel. Not a good place to be at a conference.

Breakfast was great and rich. Egg dishes such as omelette are freshly cooked to order. Room very large also for families with two children. Unfortunately, the rooms are a little older than the pool. Therefore only 4 stars

Bad and expensive food, in the room the carpet was dirty, there were ants in the bathroom, the pool water was a hot broth, room service slow.

From the first moment with the welcome detail to the last with the farewell of the hotel staff, everything was fantastic. All the staff took care that our stay was comfortable, quiet and that we literally lacked nothing.

Special mention to Petri who had us the perfect room, to Africa who treated us like queens at breakfast, to Salim for his smiles and closeness in the buffet and especially to Claudio and Oscar from the restaurant who were attentive to our preferences from the first day with a super professional and close treatment at the same time.

We hope to see you all again in our next stay because we will definitely return !! Thank you so much for everything!!

We celebrated our wedding and it was all super good, very well organized and very friendly

The maintenance and cleaning staff very friendly. The reception depends on the person. The facilities and pool well. The pool restaurant somewhat slow but friendly. I do not know what policy they have about sustainability. The terraces dr the roofs with a lot of stone and little green. I did not see solar panels

A good hotel, with excellent facilities and extraordinary buffet breakfast. The price is also on the extraordinary side but that seems to the norm around this area.

I went with my partner to celebrate his 50th birthday, and we had a great disappointment ... the rooms very well with beautiful views. But we are athletes and my professional sports partner and I chose this hotel because it says that it has a gym. Upon arrival they tell us that It is closed. Another very big disappointment was the food. Well, he was super poor and you had no where to choose. You pay half a board and it was not worth it. Practically I had nothing to choose from and even less thinking of people who can eat healthy food. Very poor to say nothing. A great disappointment we will not return again. .
