I liked it a lot, it's very big and spacious. The room is very good the shower is fantastic although the mirror is too big. And the buffet is very large and has many things.
It has many things: fitness, gym massages, personal trainer, jacuzzi, sauna, a place where you paint your nails, a pool, a reading area with books and a zone are sofas.

Hotel very cozy, with good facilities and very good service. The room that we had had a terrace with good views of the mountains and the sea. The bed a luxury, without noise and good ambient temperature, very pleasant for rest. The breakfast buffet service I loved, lots of variety and quality. 100% recommendable.

Pretty nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast has a good selection from cooked to cold. There is fruit or pastry pretty much everything is catered for. Hotel restaurant is not overly expensive and decent portions, but a quick walk into town can save a bit of money.

The Hotel is beautiful and well located between two coves. The staff at all times was very pleasant both at the reception and in the dining room. The rooms are really very good, especially the beds that are huge and super comfortable; we liked the detail that the bath products are all from Rituals. The negative things: it says that they have free parking but it is not true, they are about 22 or 24 euros per day; although the pool was very nice, all the grass in the pool area was quite unkempt; And even if you take half board, you have to pay yes or yes for drinks (with quite abusive prices) even if you ask for sparkling water. It is worth taking only a room with breakfast, because the truth is that the quality of the breakfasts are much better than that of the dinners.

Emblematic hotel in Sitges with all kinds of services. Pleasant and very comfortable. Its auditorium, the main location for filming the fantastic film festival, is spectacular.

Had a very nice and cozy room, amazing and very nice clear view, so I decided to ejoy it asking for room service.
Food was beyong expectation.
Very nice spa and gym.
For lunch very friendly staff and many Spanish dishes so you can try local food
Check out very busy but they really know how to manage very well the lines.

A cold hotel for conventions but convenient!
It has a great room for more than 500 people with a fantastic projection team and a very complete stage !!!

We were there for a weekend.
Poor cleanliness of the pool lawn area. Empty glass glasses thrown away and garbage everywhere (Due to the rudeness of the "people"), I understand that because there was not a sad trash can and / or that the cleaning service was non-existent.
And the pool sink, it was disgusting to enter.
The soundproofing of the rooms excellent.
Otherwise acceptable.

Amazing place to spend a day in Sitges. It has a gym, swimming pool, lawn, terraces, bar, a great restaurant. The rooms are very spacious and with terrace.

Excellent hotel with the best breakfasts in the country. Only one but: the price of the stay has gone up too much. I'll think about it next time I visit Sitges.

Nice hotel, well placed and in a beautiful environment

Very handsome and clean hotel, located 10 minutes walking from the center of Sitges, the staff is very polite and very attentive, the food is very tasty, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious, it has a spectacular pool next to the restaurant and a terrace by If that drink and eat something, the facility is very well preserved, the only thing I did not like is that the gym and parking are paid, a shame is the only thing that is missing to be perfect, a Cuban waitress who works in the terrace and a Spanish waiter who works in the reception of the restaurant Super polite and very attentive, they know how to do their job very well and make you feel at home.

The hotel inside is luxurious but lacks facilities for children, there is no entertainment and the restaurant is a disaster in organization

It's such an astonishing place! Though we are here for a conference, we're enjoying our stay at this hotel as well as surroundings! We have both view of swimming pool and The Meditrrranean Sea with great air and breeze! The surfing beach is just in a walking distance. It's a breathtakingly designed archtecture with abundant common relaxing areas!
We are planning another visit for our family vacation already! :))

We did not go to the end since there was a confusion with the other Melia Terra Mar. And I want to comment that David solved it for us. Charming and efficient man. Next year we will spend a few days in that hotel with such kind people.

The stay for 6 days at the hotel has fully met expectations. The location of the hotel is not central, but you can walk downtown in 20 minutes. The closest beach to the hotel is a 5 minute walk. (Beach with nudist Gay zone)
I would highlight as points in favor of the hotel:
Its staff, attentive and helpful from the moment you arrive at the reception to the room cameras.
Its restaurant Saffron that having full board gives you access in the food to a reduced menu with selected dishes, I recommend trying it.
Spacious rooms and terrace.
As improvement points:
It needs a renovation of facilities, the passing of the years is seen in the hallways, carpets and aesthetics of the rooms, as well as the lawn of the pool, very damaged.

For the price this is a pretty poor hotel. The check-in was slow, the minibar doesn't keep things cold, everything is very expensive and at 5pm we arrived back from the beach to find our bedroom door wide open but still uncleaned. The cleaner very pertly told us we would have to wait as her shift finished at 6pm, either that or the room wouldn't be cleaned. This is the worst service I've seen in a hotel of this category, despite the nice appearance on the website. The view from.the bedroom was good but the air conditioning didn't work properly, the shower had a leak and the coffee at breakfast tasted like watered-down mud.

Because at one time I came here with my family and we liked the parking, the pool, etc.

Although it is far from the center, it has a good location. Near the beach and with great views. I spend time during the film festival and everything is neat and clean.

Today had a happy day, it has also been a tired day because if I was able to enjoy the presence of the American actor Nicolas Cage for an hour, I had to stand in line for more than two hours to attend. While waiting for making friends.
Later in the hotel I was able to talk to a great actress who received the Nosferatu award at the Sitges festival, Helga Line and with actor Jack Taylor, who has also received an award.
I also enjoyed the delivery of the Time Machine Award to Josie Ho.
In the hotel all good, its great professional employees who kept the facilities in perfect order.
