Needed a letter to be mailed that needed to be certified . and here's the receipt, that i payed. Didn't know it was this expensive update. The person didn't receive the letter until 2 weeks later. So why did i pay first class?

Extremely rude on the phone didnt bother to ask for my shipment tracking number. Just tolm me "probably you made a mistake or the shipper did sorry and then hanged up"
The owner charged me $24 to fax 6 sheets of paper to Sacramento NOT even International!!! Fees are not posted anywhere and was informed after the service!! Crooked as can be...go to another UPS franchise store and avoid Oxnard's Fremont Square UPS store!!!!
Came to This store at 8:46am on 8/27/2020 and store associate was on the phone and also not ready for returns. He said his system was down but he just hadn t plugged in the machine. He also said he d have to charge $3 For tape when amazon returns are free. I had it in a box too. My item was small also. He said that s why he doesn t like to do amazon returns....because it s not true that it s free. I told him to give me my item and I ll go elsewhere not because of the tape but because he chose to argue over an amazon return. Never going back again! He looks to be the store manager and his associates are way more professional than he is.
The worst service ever. Do not come here and find another UPS Store!!!!!!!!
They charged $7 for printing the label for an Amazon return. They didn t say anything previously and then said we had to pay $4 for one hour using the computer and $3 for closing the box.

Do NOT come here. They are ALWAYS understaffed. The staff they have is RUDE. Their prices are incredibly HIGH. Waited 30 min to print something out then got TAXED. Staples is my go to now.
