Multiple emails and phone calls (from NZ!) about getting son's photo. No reply to emails or responses to messages left on phones answer machine. Finely get one email asking 'how can we help'? Obviously they don't/can't read and are deaf. Oh well.......
So if zero star an option I'd give it. ANYONE OUTSIDE OF USA - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
No photos, no response, out of pocket for purchase. VERY GOOD SCAM - I fell for it!!!!!
Ida given you a 0 but it won't let me! Horrible just horrible. I will never get this moment back. You did a terrible job taking photographs one pic per student and it so happens someone is standing in front of my daughter covering her. Her eyes were close. This is the photo you took? Completely unacceptable you ruined her day.
I can't give 0 star. I ordered photo for my graduation through school and pay 100 dollar for it. And I never received the photo. Their phone is never answered and they will never call you back. DO NOT ORDER from this company even though it may go through your school.
I was so disappointed with my son s graduation s pic. They advertised services they do not provide. Very dissatisfied. Waist of money.
Horrible customer service and lack of product delivery. I ordered commencement photographs in the amount of $91.00. The charge was deducted from my account on June 25, 1019. I never recieved my order and have been in contact with the company on numerous occassions from July until November 2019. I was informed they canceled my order due to not having a mailing address on file. The adddess was provided when the order was processed with their form. I again provided my address and was informed my order would be processed and immediately sent. The order again was not received and I am not getting any return contact. Highly recommend avoiding this company. It is very frustrating to miss out out on obtaining my graduation photos as this is an occasion that can not be replicated. I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau and disputed the charge with my bank.
stay away from them. I don't know how they got the commencement information from my school but It looked very promising. So, I ordered. Then, at my commencement day, I was running around to look for them..so sign...none of my school staffs knows about them. I went home and hoped to receive the photos as promised. My Commencement day was in May 19th, I ordered 2 weeks before the day. Noooo photo until today!!!!! I had no choice but calling the bank to dispute the charge since there's no way I could reach them. I barely leave reviews, but I had to for this one. Do not let those ads lure you.
If you're looking for a company that understands the significance of commencement for a family, I'd advise you to search elsewhere.
Commencement was important to my parents. They wanted to savor the memory with a photo and this company could not do the one thing they claim to be good at doing. The single photo they took was of my side, with my face turned away. Part of my body was blocked by another person.
We can't re-do this moment. If we could, we wouldn't make the same mistake of hiring Commencement Photos inc.
They took one picture of my daughter crossing the stage getting her diploma and her eyes are closed!
The process of ordering my pictures was easy, "I received my photos in a timely manner. Customer service was very helpful when I called to check on the status of my order. I will be purchasing more pictures in the future!
I was sent a mailing stating that they were taking photos at my daughter's graduation. I ordered a package in mid-May; graduation was early June. I only just received an email today (6/21) stating that they weren't actually taking photos at my daughter's graduation! They "accidentally" sent out the mailing for "next year" which can't possibly be true because my daughter's name was on it and she graduated this year. She would be on a list for next year. Be wary of ordering from this company. They refunded my money but took away my ability to have a photo of my daughter receiving her diploma. The apology is worthless.
