Wow, very grumpy owner, which is unfortunate because they have beautiful plants. Also heads up you can't pay with a card unless you spend $20 or more.

A friend of mine ordered flowers for my birthday from this place. I had no idea they were coming (a pretty common situation with flowers, one would think) and they supposedly arrived while I wasn't home, but there was no sign of them. No note on the door, nothing in the lobby, no indication that anything had been delivered or where it was.

My friend called the florist to find out what happened, and a few minutes later I got a call from them myself. Someone named Josephine (I think) had a huge attitude and seemed to assume that I could just drop everything in the middle of my work day to go back to Brooklyn and deal with the flowers her own business had mis-delivered. I found her rude and unpleasant, especially when you consider that getting flowers for your birthday is supposed to be a nice surprise, not an annoying ordeal.

The following day when I finally did track down the random member of the building staff the flowers had been left with (not a doorman as we don't have one, not the super either), they were dead.

Great place, they have an extensive variety of flowers as well as plants. Ive ordered a few times for a few different occassions and have never been disappointed.

Bought an overpriced sickly looking plant and called about an hour and a half later asking if I could return it. Possibly the worst customer service with a rude boss who fed me a load of bs on the phone. Read the one star reviews it'll save you time and money.

Purchased a dozen long stem roses for my wife. Flawless, beautiful. These roses have no smell compared to the roses you get in South Asia, but that's besides the point. These were gorgeous. The place is pricey, though.

Just called to try to order an arrangement to be delivered today. I was taken by surprise of HOW RUDE the gentleman that picked up the phone was. I am not from around the area, and I found the business online. I called their shop because it was closed to the location I needed the arrangement delivered to. He asked for my address, and before I could even look it up he proceeded to tell me very condescendingly that Brooklyn was a big borough. I guess he just finished reading the manual of "how to lose a customer forever".

Don't know why all the one stars. Normally don't review but I used maps to get the number after stopping in a couple times already and was surprised by the low rating. It seems the bad reviews have to do with delivery which I have not used. But my experience of this place has been very positive. Great selection of flowers and the owner helps you put together a beautiful bouquet at what ever price range you want. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful bouquet! Excellent service. The driver Ray called when he made the delivery. Lovely flowers, pleasant and courteous all around. My mother loved the arrangement. Very well pleased.
