I've now purchased 3 trucks for my company and will continue to shop there for future needs. I don't live or work in this area, I believe in shopping locally, but compared to other Chevy dealers I visited and researched in my area, would not consider any of them.
Manager Sam Mitten always provided me with the highest level of customer care and attention. And turning me over to sales person Saife Sway was a wonderful experience. Nicest sales person you'd want to meet and knows more about Chevy trucks than anyone I've heard preach. I highly recommend him.

I had my car in for an entire day 11/22/17, for an oil change, tire rotation, and because the 'check engine' light was on. I was told that if the 'check engine' light was due to a warranty issue, there would be no charge, and if not a warranty issue, Doug would call and discuss the fix with my husband. Never received a call all day. I had to call at the end of the day because I needed my car back. I was told it was completed, and that the 'check engine light' showed no issues. When I picked up my vehicle and paid the bill, I was charged $61.00 for MedVed to run the diagnostic on the 'check engine' light. I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged for this, but was told that it had been cut in half. Very disappointing to not have been warned that there would even be a charge to diagnose, so that I could have decided whether or not to have MedVed even look at it. When Doug said a warranty fix would be no charge, I understood it to mean the diagnostics were are no charge. I could have gotten the same diagnosis elsewhere for much less. Then to top it off, on 11/30/17, the 'check engine' light came on again! So obviously, there is still an issue! I called late on 11/30/17 and left a voice mail for Doug to return my call, and no call returned on 12/1 or 12/2. This is not the first time I have called and left a message, and received no call back. Very poor customer service! My plan was to stick with dealer service for my Cadillac, but thinking I may just go to a private mechanic from this point forward.

So.. took vehicle in for a warped rotor.. needed new rotors.. okay.. fine with that.. after 8 unanswered calls... Found out my vehicle also has "crack" in radiator near cap.. fine replaced that... Looking through my service records, same radiator replaced 17 months earlier at Medved.. 2,000 dollars out the door..

I hate shopping for a vehicle. I wish I would have came here first. I didn't sleep right for a week. After I signed the papers here things were great! Best experience I have had. Sean was awesome and I highly recommend.

I took my 2012 Cadillac srx4 to medved Chevrolet Cadillac to get serviced cause I had radiator fluid leaking and Doug called me back and said a rock hit the radiator that is a lie cause that radiator is very protected by plastic they want over 1400 to fix horrible service thanks for nothing

This is a follow up. I went to Medved several weeks ago. I had an oil change that was supposed to be free but I was charged instead. I wrote a review on here the day of about my terrible experience. I had received a response telling me to call the manager to "make things right". So I did.

I called the number provided and was required to enter a passcode which was not provided. So I called Medved and asked for the general manager. I was transferred to the general manager but there was no answer. I left a detailed voicemail and left my name and number. I never received a call back. I've called and left voicemails 3 times and have never been contacted back.

It's clear that Medved has no intention of fixing this and making it right.

I highly recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE because Medved does not care about their customers if they can't even answer the phone or call back when they said they would fix things.

I will never give them my business again and have been voicing my terrible experience loudly so that everyone knows to avoid it.

I'm extremely disappointed.

Is there a way to give zero stars. I took my truck in together it fixed under the warranty. I'm on week 3 of waiting for my truck. I have no way to get around. The "service advisor" is on vacation. No one knows what's up with my truck I would tell everyone to stay away from this establishment. It's not worth the time. You call the service department. You get the voicemail or you get transferred to another voicemail..... here a few days after the review had someone contact me the day of this review... said they would keep me updated.... still have no truck I had no way to get to class for my final. There is no way to make up the final. So I guess I guess it's my fault I failed. Next up on the chopping block is my job. But I guess that falls on me too. But I'm not about to walk 20+ miles to get to work I've used up my options for co workers to give me rides family and friends helped me. But the world does not revolve around me. But I should have had my truck by now

I worked with Kat when I purchased my 2016 ATS 2 door coupe. She was very professional and personable. She was not a pushy sales person, and I liked that about her. Although I had a couple of hiccups with paperwork, Kat and her manager were very patient, understanding and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this dealership and especially Kat to anyone.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. I was quoted an hour an a half wait time for an oil change/inspection/tire rotation, but they were done in about 30 minutes.

I had called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I had verified that my appointment would be free (I had 4 free oil changes from purchasing the car and I had 3 left to use). I was told that my appointment would be free. But when I got my oil change today, I was charged $55 for it. I asked why I was charged and I was told my free changes had expired but was told otherwise when I made the appointment.

I feel very blindsided and displeased with my service. Not only did it take an hour and fifteen minutes for my oil change, I was charged when told it would be free. I'll be filling an official complaint for the service and miscommunication issues that exist at Medved and I will not be returning for an future services. I'm extremely disappointed and will gladly encourage anyone to go elsewhere.

We were greeted when we walked in the door by Kyle, and he took care of everything we needed from that point forward. We had an interest in a couple of cars we saw on the Medved internet site, and Kyle quickly had us in one of those cars for a test drive. After that, Kyle took a few minutes to find some other options, within our price range to take a look at, and clearly described the differences in the cars for us. When things were all said and done, we had found the right car for us, in the price range we expected to pay, and actually ended up with a better car, than the ones we were interested in online! Overall, we are thrilled with our 2017 Chevy Malibu, and have Kyle to thank for all of his help that evening. Thanks for everything, and we will be back in the future, when we need another vehicle.

Awful!!!! We went in with a trade in .. To start they had the wrong address on our paper work then they told us to lie to the bank kinda sketch . So we leave with a used car and leave our trade in we never herd from the bank so after 3 weeks my husband called up there and they said that they had been calling us and that I hung up on them total bs turns out they had our phone numbers wrong . Even tho it was there misteak they were no longer willing to help us out with the car we were trying to get. We take it back and are waiting for the truck we were going to trade in. Not only did it take an hour to find our truck two brand new tires were flat and a newer battery is dead. On top of our truck is now no longer drivable for some reason. They also lost one of. Our down payment checks and the title to our truck and hang up on us when we call to ask if they found it total frauds

Terrific service! Attempted to confirm the car advertised was still available before traveling to dealership. Was informed that it had been sold 'a couple days ago'. They honored the advertised pricing on a similar vehicle. Very professional. Paperwork was quick and easy.

Buyer beware. Unethical dealer that will say anything to make a sale. This review in particular concerns the used car department; when confronted with an obvious issue with a vehicle for sale, manager flatly stated "the car is perfect" and wouldn't even step outside to look at the evidence.

I'm well aware that car dealerships are all over the map when it comes to ethics and behavior, but this is a new low. Avoid at all costs.

I worked with Seth and he was truly exceptional. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the car and everything. Willie in financing was amazing and worked hard to make sure I could walk out the door with a brand new car. O will definitely be back in the future!!

He was a true professional. And he helped me get what I wanted.
I will definitely want to buy a car from him in the future . It was so refreshing to deal with someone who was honest and truly genuine . That is very rare today.

Called Medved on a Wednesday to make an appointment for my car. The check engine light came on. They said they could get me in on Friday which is perfectly acceptable. I also said while it was in why don't we do an oil change and tire rotation, which they said they could do. My last request was for a loaner vehicle as I needed to get to work and did not want to wait while they attempted to diagnose my car and change the oil. I was assured that would not be a problem and they would have a loaner ready for me and I just needed my drivers license, insurance and a credit card. When I arrived at the dealership and told the service person what I needed he took notes, but than gave me push back on the loaner car. Are you sure you cant wait 1-2 hours? I said I was sure I had a meeting. He then sent me from Chevy service to the Cadillac dealer in the parking lot next door to wait at a desk for someone to come get me a loaner. I waited 20 mins without anyone showing up so I went back to the chevy dealership to find out what the deal was. Apparently the person I was sent to was off today. The service guy than calls around and gets a pair of keys for a loaner. After he pulls it around he tells me we can't give it to you, it has hail damage that has cracked the windshield and it should not be driven. At this point I just need to get to work so I agree to take the shuttle service. 6 hours later from my office I call to see what the update is on my car. They tell me they only have 1 chevy volt certified technician and my car should be ready Monday or Tuesday at the latest.... WHAT... when I asked what happened to the 1-2 hour wait time I was told originally I was just informed they were very busy and only had the 1 certified tech. The entire service experience was poor at Medved. This was my second service appointment after buying my chevy volt at Medved. I am quite disappointed with the entire service experience and resent being bounced around and fed completely different answers through out the entire process.

Rob Hunter was excellent. He understood I was ready to buy but not the first night of looking. He payed attention and help explain the different features on the Silverado 1500 and spent the time over multiple days opening up different trucks on the lot driving a few different optioned trucks until I found what color and feature set I wanted. The sales process was fast, Nick in financing was great and was fast in responding after I noticed a charge for a feature I did not want and corrected the paper work immediately.

Purchased a car here a while ago. Just getting around to a review. Many of their used cars were/are awesome deals. They make their money on volume and quick turnover. Just be weary of questionable ethics from the sales team and finance department. Once we shook on a deal and they were prepping closing docs the salesman proceeded to grab my copy of the already signed purchase agreement saying he messed something up. He later had me sign a revised one later with an addition of something called data dots at a cost of $500. (Found this out weeks later) He then proceeded to go high five the finance guys, they followed up with I can't believe that worked. Please be careful when dealing with the staff. Other than that they have great deals on used cars.

I went into Medved stressed out and worried but my husband had an awesome experience a few years ago with Medved, so it was reassuring to me. I've owned nothing but BMWs, but my recent 2010 was giving out on me at about 70,000 miles, like the previous BMW I owned did. I was sick of putting money into the car and needed another option. Buying a car can be scary. I walked into Medved completely stressed out and left happier than ever. Saif was the one who helped me. He picked out the perfect car that not only met all of my needs but all of my wants as well. He is very kind, honest and went out of his way to make the car buying experience as comfortable as possible. I will definitely always come back to Medved because of my experience.

Definitely full of non-competent rip-offs. I bought my car in September, within the first two weeks of having it, it had a bad transmission, took it to the shop, they kept it for three weeks which gave me high waters when it came to work, after I had to argue for a rental longer than the three days covered by warranty, and being tossed back and forth between managers and sales clerks. Then in November it started making noses, not to mention I asked them to fix the brakes from squeaking the first time I took it in, but there was another noise coming from the engine. I brought it to them, but since I didn't make an appointment, I would have had to wait... And I figured with the holidays coming around, I was going to waste time on them and if anything happened from the car, they're liable for selling me the car the condition it was in. So I continued on, then in February the rattling got worse, finally made an appointment for a week later... On the way there, a ROD shot through the engine, leaving the engine seized and unble to drive. After having to coast it to a safe spot and walking to the nearest pay phone, I called the number on the card one of the associates gave me "in case of an emergency" and they said it would be 100 to tow the car. Seriously?
So I finally had a relative dolly the car to the garage, in which they seemed unaware of the difficulty of the process and had us put it into the spot most convenient for them. The engine needed to be replaced and an oil pan. I call them up a month after I had dropped it off, and they needed a replacement engine, because the other one was unavailable. I call them today, a month and three weeks later, the sales associate says they have everything and hopefully it'll be complete by early next week. -- Glad to say I know what people to avoid, you have better service with a drug dealer.
Never come here, unless you're in desperation and time to kill, because that's what they do, they find willing participants and care not one bit about the energy they waste.

I called for a service recall was immediately put on hold. I was on hold for over 45 minutes and then promptly hung up on with no help. I feel very disrespected. The person in the service department needs to have there supervisor repremanded that employee. I'm very disappointed in this dealership.

Won't honor agreed deals. Test drove 2 cars, asked about the car fax reports for both, never got them, but was told they were both clean and had 1 owner. Waited 1 day to sleep on which car to purchase. Notified the salesperson the next morning the car I wanted and would be in the day after to make the purchase. I text the salesperson again the morning of purchase the time I will be in that day. On my way driving to the dealership (30 min into the 40 min drive) the salesperson calls me and says that the car has already been sold. What!?! Then tells me the car fax also showed that it had 2 owners and accidents, so they were "glad that it wasn't sold to me". Like they did me a favor. We had agreed on the sale and wouldn't you let the customer make a decision based on the facts (could have been a minor accident) or at least notify them that they are not holding the car and it would be sold to someone else?

Called to get a service appointment and when prompted to hit "2" for the service department, I was transferred to someone in "new car sales" who was pretty rude. Made it seem like a huge waste of his time to tranfer me to the correct department. Once tranferred to tje correct department, I explained the issue, and without a word, was again transferred to a voicemail box. Left a voicemail to call back, and it has been about 3 hours with no call back. I just needed to schedule an appointment to get my car worked on. Now I will just go elseware for the work. Avoid these people. They do not want yoir business.

Service and staff itself is excellent. My only complaint is how long it takes. Even with an appointment I am there for about 1.5-2 hours. This last oil change I arrived 10 minutes early (8:20) and my oil change was not done until almost 10. I was hoping the morning would be faster as the last time I had an appointment it was in the afternoon and was about 2 hours wait. I have the maintenance package so I can t take my business elsewhere but if I didn t, I would consider it purely to save myself from sitting at the dealership for that much time.

Terrible. Too many dealers to choose from to go here. Not upfront on pricing. Manager says on the bad reviews that you can call and talk about the bad service. THAT DOESN T WORK. Go somewhere else. We did and had a much better experience.

I've never been so badly treated at a car dealership. I'm disgusted. We told them, several times, we have 3 children and a large dog, we need a bigger vehicle. Can you help us? They show us a car smaller than what we are already driving?! Then I say no I'm sorry that's too small, and he shows us SOMETHING EVEN SMALLER. So disappointed in how we were treated, just because we had no cash down. Thanks for making us feel like trash medved.

I can t say enough about the service I received at Medved Chevorlet this week. The general manager Sam went the extra mile. Dominic was my salesman if your looking for a truck Dominic is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of these vehicles. He worked with me on my trade-in and they got me the best possible interest rate. He personally walked me through every bell and whistle on my new 1500 Silverado and it s loaded. If your wanting to buy a vehicle do yourself a favor and go to Medved Chevorlet look up Dominic and let him and Sam make it the best truck buying experience you will ever have.

I called to speak with someone in the parts department, the girl who initially answered the phone abruptly transferred me, then the guy in the parts department sounded like I was doing him an injustice by calling to ask a question, once he answered my question I told him thank you and i appreciate your time, and he just hung up on me. I won't be going there to get my vehicle serviced. ; (

They completely took advantage of my mom during a sale and made our truck worse after a service call.
From the service manager to his manager we had the most terrible customer service experience we have ever received. Fraud, lies and incompetence on every level. Now we have to pay thousands of dollars to repair something they caused and they refuse to give us their corporate contact information.
BUYER BEWARE!
