Had an engine replacement took a month and a half ...

Had an engine replacement took a month and a half to get it back never got updates i had to always call to get an update. Got the car back and now its back in the shop for engine light AGAIN been a week and still do not have an answer to what happened.My problem is i never get calls just to update me with ANY info
