This is a follow up. I went to Medved several weeks ago. I had an oil change that was supposed to be free but I was charged instead. I wrote a review on here the day of about my terrible experience. I had received a response telling me to call the manager to "make things right". So I did.

I called the number provided and was required to enter a passcode which was not provided. So I called Medved and asked for the general manager. I was transferred to the general manager but there was no answer. I left a detailed voicemail and left my name and number. I never received a call back. I've called and left voicemails 3 times and have never been contacted back.

It's clear that Medved has no intention of fixing this and making it right.

I highly recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE because Medved does not care about their customers if they can't even answer the phone or call back when they said they would fix things.

I will never give them my business again and have been voicing my terrible experience loudly so that everyone knows to avoid it.

I'm extremely disappointed.
