My Dr prescribed and ordered my medication 1 month...

My Dr prescribed and ordered my medication 1 month ago. After I registered with Medvantx they didn't have record of the prescription so my doctor's office staff called them with the order. It then showed up in my Medvantx profile and I ordered it paying out of pocket as my insurance doesn't cover this med. I still haven't received it. The tracking doesn't update. My local postmaster said it was never received from UPS to USPS. Where is it? No one knows. When I first called Medvantx they said it was delayed because of the holidays. The second time the gal said she would file a request that they reship it at no charge and someone would contact me. She also said I needed to contact my Dr to have him resend the order and that would expedite the process of getting it resent. I did so. My Dr did so. Now when logging into my Medvantx account the new order is in and they're trying to charge me again to get it shipped. No way. What is wrong with this pharmacy? Is it even a legit business? I trusted my Dr when he referred me to order from them but I am so frustrated and really needed my medication a month ago. I do not recommend ordering from Medvantx ever.

Expect the worst and then you won't be disappointed. 1st month it just took two weeks to get the rx delivered. 2nd month it was misdelivered, so I had to file a police report and fax that in after being out of meds for a week to get it redelivered. 3rd order I tried for a 90 day order to make it less likely to have to call every month--got double charged AND it mysteriously disappeared between the handoff from UPS to the USPS. It was missing for a week and they wanted me to file yet another police report when it hadn't even made an attempt at delivery to me. Now it's refill time again, and the dr sent it to them yesterday, but they still haven't uploaded it into their system. I wish this drug was on formulary so I could get it from my local pharmacy, but I am stuck with this one.

Script arrived promptly, but it looked like hell to get here, the packing slip inside was balled up & the shipping bag had seen better days .
UPS delivered it to my front door, but didn't knock so I might never have known it was out there on a rainy day if it wasn't for a neighbor stopping by this evening.

Pfizer use to use Express Scripts and they always had the 3 bottles secured in a inside bag with a durable outer bag. When FED-EX Delivers it is Necessary to Sign for Your Prescriptions.

Just how the Hell do you explain it to Pfizer, if you call them asking where your scripts are ? Especially if they tell you UPS dropped them off & the package is stolen off your porch???

This pharmacy is BY FAR the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I've probably dealt with over 10 different specialty or mail order pharmacies. I thought some previous ones were awful, but didn't realize the true meaning of awful until I had my Medvantx experience.

They do not care about customer service and they care more about their bottom line. Took multiple attempts for them to send me a medication that should have been sent correctly the first time. 3rd attempt still was not sent how I requested it and as a result they wasted over 7 hours of my day. There are definitely much better pharmacy options out there.

This is a terribly run business. I purchased a Latisse BOGO from my plastic surgeon's office Nov 12. I sent my forms, including the receipt and box serial number cutout in on Dec 4. It said it should take 4-6 weeks to receive the complimentary bottle. I spoke with someone on the phone FOUR times between January and March about my order, which I was told wasn't received. Luckily I had taken pictures of what I sent in. I sent those via email the first time on March 9 and it said they went through. Then I talked to someone (I think Denise) in April because I STILL had not received the package and she said she couldn't find them so I sent again and the email she gave me to send it to kept getting bounced back. She told me to sent it one more time before we got off the phone and if she didn't receive it I would get a call from someone. I also needed to have the Rx re-sent from the doctors office. They sent that in on April 26th. I requested that if there were any questions that I be emailed or called and left my phone number. I never heard anything. Today I called and spoke with Mary and was told there was nothing they could do because the program ended. Rather than contacting me via phone, email, OR the address on the original email I had provided, they supposively sent a letter to our old address (from over 2 years ago) saying they cancelled the order because they hadn't received my forms (AGAIN, they were sent in DECEMBER, MARCH, and APRIL... 3 times!!!). I was then transferred to someone else who told me to contact Allergen and see if they would send me something because the company claiming to be offering this great deal, doesn't want to have to deal with it. This is such a SCAM and a way to get people's money without giving them anything in return. I'm extremely disappointed. Terrible terrible customer service that clearly has no interest in making their wrong right.

This pharmacy service has the worst customer service I've encountered. They constantly hold prescriptions that I have requested for no discernible reason, require several phone calls to actually send requests for refills to physicians, and take forever to actually fill the prescription once they finally have all the information they need. If my insurance offered any other choices, I'd switch in a heartbeat.

Horrible every time I request a refill order gets held up in processing status for over a week because it is a high copay. They never call me to get authorization rather just let it sit in limbo until I call them. Have asked every time to make a note in the system for future orders and information never gets recorded. If my insurance didn t require me to go through them I wouldn t but my hands are tied with this.

This will be the 2nd time now that my medication has been over a week late from these people. horrible customer service! I had never had any issues when Pfizer used express scripts now its like every time I refill there is some sort of problem.

Order processed, label for UPS created, tracking number issued... However, UPS was never given the package! There is no origin scan. No record at all that UPS was given this package. Medvantx has no idea what happened and now they refuse to talk to me or give me any more information. I am now facing a medical emergency without this medication as it costs over $500 for a one month supply. My medication has been lost by this pharmacy in South Dakota and I have ABSOLUTELY NO RECOURSE. What the hell are people suppose to do in situations like this? This is criminal!! This is a controlled substance and no one seems to give a damn. Stay far far away from these people. They are incompetent beyond belief.

I had no issues at first, the doctor sent the prescription, it was filled promptly, and I received in in a week or so. Service has since gone downhill with excessive time spent in processing , credit card being charged a day or two before the order is filled, and when they claim the order has been shipped it s another full day before USPS actually picks up the order. On my most recent prescription, I had to call to confirm my address and payment information, which is what one does when placing the order and nothing had changed for this to be required. This is the third mail-order pharmacy I ve dealt with but the first I ve had problems with. I gave them 2 stars because they do eventually get my prescription to me.

Rude employees. I called and asked them to fax my child's doctor in order to get the process started so I could get her epipens for school. The 2 ladies that I spoke to were very stern and rude. As if they didnt want to be there. The delivery service is awesome though! Finally her doctor called us and started the process for us instead because of their negligence. I've never had a problem with them until now. I feel like when dealing with people's medications (some life threatening conditons) , they would be a little more helpful.

I wish I could give it a zero. They have had my prescription for a week. I have called three times, and they still haven't filled it. An Avera patient advocate has called them (bless their hearts), and my insurance has called them. MedVantx still hasn't filled my prescription. In addition, they state it will take 6 business days to process at that point. I am a week past due for my injection; at best I will receive it over two weeks late. Avera filled it the day they received it last month, but my insurance is forcing my to use MedVantx. I have filed a complaint with the SD Attorney General's office. I would encourage others with similar issues to do the same.

If I could give them no start to indicate how horrible this company is I would. They didn't deliver my prescription, took my money, wasted hours of my time on the phone and never resolved the issue. I spend hours on the phone and got nowhere. I only found myself going in a circle. I started in Dept A. went to B, C, C, E F, and ended up in A.

I just ended up quitting a medical program rather than have to go through another round of dealing with these incompetent and greedy people. I agree with all of the other poor reviews on this site. My medication is currently lost.

they care only about $$ not people, they contracted to do more Patient Assistance Programs from Big Pharma they make more processing these than the poor people forced by their insurance companies to get meds through them, they are awful in management

I called 4 times but the calls were all dropped. After giving it one more try the call went through but there was no one on the other side of the phone. I contacted my Dr. to see if they could help out and 5 minutes later Medvantx called me back. Again, there was no one on the other side. They called right back and I got a very frazzled rep who essentially berated me and said she had no records of phone issues on their end...ok?? Then she proceeds to tell me that they have tried to contact me 3 times to fill a prescription for me and I refused to take action. I tried to explain that I didn't need a refill at the time (these pills are $125, so I won't refill unless I absolutely need to). I never spoke to this person in a rude way and I never made it seem like the phone issues were anyone's fault, I just kept trying to talk to her about my needs but she would just talk over me or make things out to be my problem.
I never ever write bad reviews but I just didn't appreciate having my previous "inaction" being thrown in my face. I now need the prescription refilled so please help with that in a kind and caring way. Customer service reps are not robots and neither are your customers, talk to us like we're human beings and we'll be as nice to you as you are to us.

Talked to a csr, tried to send fax it would never go thru. This service is horrible. I actually give it a -10. I will have to try another med. Qsymia works great if you can ever get the prescription.

My doctor turned in script and I went online like I was told and ordered the medicine. Website said it was processing. Gave it a couple of days and logged back in and it had two prescriptions listed with one being cancelled with another being processed . Tried to call but couldn t get anyone. Someone called on a Friday (2 days later)and said they would correct the error on Monday so just log back in at that time. Visited website again after getting email and stating that prescription was ready again and I just needed to click place order . There is no such link that has place order on website after logging into my prescriptions . Tried to call again but no one answered. Still says order processing. It s now been two weeks and still not shipped. I would not recommend using this pharmacy. Go somewhere else....lots of bad reviews.

Worst customer service, my Dr. has faxed in my Rxs and they have lost them. The supervisors nor customer svc are not willing to do a search by fax # to check for the Rx if is still in the que waiting to be process, it's very frustrating dealing with incompetent people hired to do a job a simple customer request.

Honestly ridiculous... idk what happens in S Dakota but the rest of the world moves much quicker... it s been 10 calendar days and I still haven t gotten my prescription in the mail!!! I called them, was disconnected once, then transferred twice only to be told that their system wasn t working. They told me if they rebooted their computer they would hang up on me and so then they put me back in the Queue... only to find out that I m possibly getting my script on Saturday?! No, no, no... in my world 2-3 days the most! And let me say this... they re definitely the cheapest company around because it s clear they re using what s app or some internet based phone system because the connection is terrible, I felt like I was calling the other side of the world! I feel bad for the sales rep pushing my prescription because partnered up with this pharmacy it s a wonder they re getting anything through and definitely no repeat business! I ll be calling my doctor to make sure he prescribed something different so I never have to go through this joke of a system again!!

Worst company ever. I m on week 4 of trying to get my husbands medication due to a mess up of Medvantx. They blame my insurance and won t take responsibility for this. My insurance company paid for the medication and Medvantx won t set up delivery. In the mean time my husband suffers. This has been a horrid experience and I hate that I have to use them. This is horrible.

I call them on Tuesday to inquire about a medication. They tell me they have the generic so I call my doctor to see if Generic is ok. I get the go ahead and call Medvantx back and make a profile with them including a cc. They ask me about prescription insurance and I say for the price I was quoted I will just pay by cc. Everything is a go . My Dr sends in the prescription and I get a call telling me that without prescription insurance they cannot process the order. I told them I will pay by cc and they said they can't do it. So I call back today "Friday" and tell them I have prescription insurance and give them my insurance card number. They tell me that's not good. I said the insurer told me to have you call them for any information they may need. SO I ask what if the insurance company only pays a portion and I have a co pay how will you get the rest of the money since you don't accept cc's. She said we would accept the cc as a payment. I ask you does this sound right. Any way she checked with someone about the cc situation since I brought this to light. She came back after all this and tells me they don't carry this medication.
Very strange Indeed. Just beware when dealing with these people

I recently had a prescription filled through the QysmiaAdvantage program with Medvantx. Being a good patient, I set up my QysmiaAdvantage / Medvantx account (s) ahead of time. I put all the required information into my account. My doctor sent the prescription according to their instructions. I had to make numerous calls, it took almost a week for my script to load and almost none of Medvantx customer service people could find my prescription nor could they find my on-line account. Medvantx eventually fixed the situation after 5 phone calls. On top of this, the fulfillment process was greatly delayed (taking over 7 days to arrive) and the shipping price was too high for this amount of time. There were no alternative shipping options, I would have received my medication much quicker had it been sent solely via US Postal Service using the zip +4 method. Yes, using Medvantx and the QysmiaAdvantage program was much cheaper but it may not be worth the wait and the hassle.

I hate this mail order pharmacy! Slowest shipping ever. Now don t have meds in time. Whenever my doc sends in an rx, I have to call and ask them to fill it because they say they can t assume that I want the rx that the doc called in. Why the heck would my doc call on an rx and I not want it??? Send it out!

I wish I could leave a half star. The first time I called these people, their rep told me We never make mistakes. Well, that s a big red flag right there because it s the over confident so and sos who think they are incapable of error who really mess you up. They say they ve sent faxes to my doctor that my doctor has never received. The pills change appearance from one fill to another and they
don t even bother to stick a note in the package acknowledging a change in vendors so you don t know if it s just a different looking pill or the wrong thing completely. Goodness only knows what third world country they re sourcing the medications from to cut costs. I don t think I ve heard one positive remark about them from any of my coworkers and I really, really resent my employer for forcing us to use these people for our prescriptions
