The pizza dough is delicious. We once had the D.O.P as well as the Parmigiana. We can highly recommend the former, because tomatoes are very aromatic and fruity and go very well with buffalo mozzarella. The Parmigiana was ok, but we would have liked the cheese to be a little more spicy. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The prices vary from 5-12 for a pizza.

Came here reading that it was a great place to visit for pizza in Bologna, but I still wasn't prepared for how delicious everything was. Absolutely phenomenal pizza dough /crust - I normally am not that fond of crust alone, but this was practically foccacia and so, so good. The tomato sauce, should you get a pizza with tomato sauce, is practically the best thing I've tasted in Italy, comparable to the best truffle dishes or tagliere. Seriously, I can't overstate how absolutely phenomenal the sauce was. I would love to drink it straight...
The ingredients all are high quality and have great texture and flavours. The ricotta, mozzarella, and burrata on our pizza were all top notch, as were the prosciutto and Speck.
Finally, the man we interacted with at the front was friendly and patient and offered us a delightful white wine that was a crisp alternative to our rich pizzas. It was all great!

We took the pizza and, frankly, I've never eaten such good ones with a high edge. The dough is very light and manages to be somehow also crunchy, not like others that are rubbery.

I took these two pizzas on an online home ordering platform, which is pure disappointment. Pay 8 a margherita with sausage arrived then in bad conditions and 8.50 for a white potato and sausage there can also be as there can also be 2.50 shipping. Pizza? The worst pizza I've ever eaten since I'm in Bologna, I personally will not order or buy anything anymore here. The quality of the ingredients is certainly taken care of but the semi-whole dough and the cooking of the pizza were not good. Raw pizza, if I closed my eyes it seemed like I was eating a chewing gum.

I change my review after a few months, from 5 stars to one. I do not change my mind about the quality of the pizza but the naivety of one of the staff makes me say that they will never see me again for any reason. Today was the fifth time that I came with my wife and we have always enjoyed it, indeed very well. Always treated with courtesy.
We were pretty much kicked off our table tonight. Table booked at 20.00 we arrived a quarter of an hour earlier. A very nice girl served us and our pizzas arrived quickly. So far everything was perfect. Around 8.25 am my wife notices one of the staff looking at us as if we were bothering him that we were holding back talking after finishing our pizzas and drinking our beers. After a while this despicable person comes to the table to tell us that if we were done and wanted nothing else we had to pay and get up and there was absolutely no line of people looking for a table. We also noticed a little embarrassment in the girl who had served us when this person was trying to get rid of us with reiterated boorishness.
Taken a little by surprise, I asked if I had to pay with a card inside the room, always in a rude way the guy asks me "you have a mask" giving me the you and with an arrogant tone.
I am a polite person and I went to pay without raising any controversy.
I have recommended this place to at least twenty people. 2 customers have lost them forever and from today we also stop word of mouth.

I've eaten pizza all over the world and this has to be both some of the best and most unique I have had. The crust is more like a focaccia style bread, seasoned perfectly, with a great crispy bottom and a light and fluffy top. The toppings are unique and range in variety. Some of the best ones we tried were purple potato and cured pork jaw; another had buratta cheese which was exquisite. We went back a second time during our stay because it was so good!

The reviews of this local existing on the web speak of it as if it were a gourmet pizzeria, and in fact the pizza served is not really a classic pizza .. it has the high Neapolitan edge of the, combinations of ingredients a bit 'special as the purple potato flakes and the burrata that make the pizza very inviting and good.
Both cut and normal pizza is present.
He served us a boy of few words but quite available, the pizza unfortunately is quick to get cold but remains always digestible.
Sore notes .. the restaurant has few tables inside and is without a bathroom! Nowadays it would be mandatory for public activities therefore one less star.
