I have no idea who is producing the sensors for the 670, but they need to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Every single box I've had over the last 8 months has AT LEAST 2 sensors that fail within 48 hours of install.

As a First Responder, I can not afford to have sub-standard equipment and continue to waste money buying the same.

Prior to that, never really had an issue. I'm to the point where I'm looking at transitioning to the Dexcom system because this equipment is beyond useless.

If you are in need of a medical device, do not use Medtronic. I have had 4 insulin pumps totalling over $25,000 not counting supplies and all they care about is your money. I have had numerous problems with my new pump and its only 3 months old. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.......their customer service is great until you actually become a customer. Don't get screwed like I did.

On 8/21/2019 a Medtronic pacemaker was embedded in my left pectoral. It has been a year of a great life and continuation of the activities to which I dedicated myself 30 plus years ago. To wit: my daily walks of 4-5 miles with my dog now at a better pace with a steady and regular heartbeat with no cardiac hiatus events.

Best of all, the device has given me confidence that my journey, starting today, on my 90th circumnavigation of the Sun will be completed successfully a year from now. Thank you, Medtronic.

Absolutely the most God aweful service I have ever felt with, wait on the phone for a hour for someone to come on the phone then they have no idea what is going on and I have called multiple times for a return and now that they have drug theor feet I can no longer return it and now I'm forced to pay the outrageous amount that was previously discussed with the rep and was 10 times more than he originally said

The products are AWESOME and are most definitely a BLESSING. Let the LORD be with you if you have any issues and have to reach out to them. Expect long wait times and rude customer service. A lot of times the things they say they are going to do does not happen and you have to call a second and sometimes a 3rd time. Very annoying. You are constantly being transferred to different departments and explaining your problem over and over again.

I just used my lunch break to call in to see if I can get a statement of the payments I have made so far this year to give to my insurance provider. The girl was very RUDE talking over me and would not let me speak. Then abruptly hung up the phone on me after I had been on the phone holding for 40 mins!! UNBELIEVABLE!

Luckily, once I called back a different young lady was nice and was able to help me. But golly, there is no need to get treated so badly when you are requesting help. Isn't that their job?!
