Like the new feature on their website that lets me estimate how much of a particular fabric they will have before I leave the house. I usually don't shop at this one but the ones on my side of town were lower stock of the fabric I wanted so I drove the 45min to this one (with a side-trip to Microcenter and Half-Priced Books, because I'm crafty AND nerdy).

Such a nice clean store... with very very helpful wonderful caring workers!!! We looked at many items.. so many sales!! wow. I love JOANN FABRICS AND CRAFTS

Usually a good experience going to this store. Gave three stars because it tends to be difficult to find an employee when help is needed.

My home away from home. Usually hit the one in Solon. It's small and not nearly the selection as the other stores, but it's close to home.

Big store with wide varieties of material and miscellaneous DIY decor stuffs.

Really nice store. Love to shop here for my cake supplies, home decor and other good stuff. They have coupons on their website everytime, so you can save 30% or 50%.

The person that waited on me offered no coupons. no one offered me any assistance, purchased 80 dollars worth of products. I will not be back, going to find Michael's.

I like this jo-ann's because its a lot closer to me than the one at great northern. They have a good yarn selection and quite a bit of fabric. Knowledgeable/nice staff

I like this store, cashier helped me pull up coupon on my phone that I had trouble pulling up.

Absolutely love the coupons. There is always a sale and I've never seen so many wonderful, happy helping employees in one location. I go here often and have always had great experiences. The staff surely makes it a welcoming environment.

I love Joann fabrics. Ive been shopping there for years. Best store for fabrics.

The store is good, but customer service during the pandemic leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order on Apr. 27th, got an email on Apr. 29th saying it would be delayed, and got a 3rd email on May 20th saying the order had been cancelled because the items (fabrics to make face coverings) were no longer in stock. In the meantime, I kept getting email after email trying to get me to order more items for curbside pickup. No thanks.

Love JoAnn. Hobby Lobby has a wider selection on craft items and lower prices. Can't beat fabric selection.

I can always find exactly what I need! The staff is very helpful and they are always well stocked. The store is never messy. I really appreciate that.

Always seem to have what I need at a good price. If you download their mobile app you have access to coupons and additional savings. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the stores always clean and organized.

Be careful, they will have sale signs up that they do not honor and will charge you a different price. Always check your receipts!!

It's a good store for craft supplies. I ordered online and picked up in store however I prefer going into the store usually and that location is usually pretty good with customer service. Clean and organized

Found different types of fabric needed for various sewing projects. Many licensed fabric characters to make things for my toddler.

I was a bit disappointed in this store. I appreciate it is a week or so before Christmas but the fabric area is small and the store lines are always too long.

AWESOME SELECTION...but overpriced. Marks prices up then give u a sale or coupon. But the selection may be worth it.

My favorite spot for crafts. Excellent service and very nice staff.

Went on a Monday just after 4PM and there was a long line and it was seemingly taking 10 minutes for each of the 2 clerks there per customer. I probably spent about 1/2 hour shopping and another 1/2 hour waiting in line. Beyond that they had everything I needed.

Overall good selection and friendly employees. Staff has been very helpful when asked. Store is clean and well organized. Service and check out has always been fast for me.

Went at 2 in afternoon. No social distancing in cutting line that I could see. One person cutting, 20 people in line with kids not kept in check. Check out was the same, I left my stuff, didn't want to stay in line for hours. I feel sorry for the what looked like 2 people working!

Absolutely enjoyed my class with April!!!! It was fantastic... I went in not knowing a thing about sewing and came out with a beautiful pillow! The people there ranged from younger to older and although two did not show i felt it was a very informative class. I took my own machine and now i know something about it.. it's time it starts paying for itself! :-)

Want to take classes but just bought fabric today. So excited.

Got what I couldn't get in Mentor. Traffic is nerve-racking!

I love the store, sometimes when i need help their employees around.

Still very disappointed with the selection of fashion fabrics. Too many crafts not enough diversity in the fabric.

Good inventory, check out could be faster. Prices are high compared with on-line shopping

I love Joann Fabrics in Golden Gate! I can find what I want, and staff is very helpful. They also have lots of coupons. I rarely pay full price!
