I have been a patient at this hospital for a long time and have always been satisfied. Due to my very severe and rare heart disease, I had to change clinics a few years ago (simply because I found a doctor who is familiar with this severe and extremely rare disease), but still like to go to the MHH Hannover when I am working on others Complaints suffer. This was also the case recently, when I came to the emergency room with very persistent sinusitis, because I was really at the end of my game (the sinusitis had been around for 10 days at this point and my internist didn't know what to do). The staff were all very nice, helped me and everything went very, very quickly. I'm used to spending around 4 or 5 hours in an emergency room now. I was all the more surprised that day when everything happened so quickly. Within half an hour I was already sitting in the examination room of a very nice ENT doctor. The doctor took a lot of time and was very thorough with his examinations. He explained everything to me calmly and understandably and in the end he told me I had been treated wrong. He immediately prescribed new medication for me and told me how to proceed. Then I could go. I'm really pleased. In this hospital you feel that you are in good hands and, above all, that you are taken seriously, which I cannot say about every hospital I have been to so far. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. The ENT department and cardiology are very good there :).
