On a scale of many positive reviews, I went counting on support, help and quick treatment. It ended on the first visit, which lasted up to 7 minutes and cost PLN 300 without enamel result, which I asked myself to send, without any response to the desire to help and further sale. I don't even want to write what the doctor is because I don't need a result or an apology right now, I won't recommend it to anyone.

If in a private center, despite the appointment, the doctor is not willing to appear at it and suggests the middle of the day, because it suits him, then something is wrong. No respect for the patient, only attention to the wallet.
The staff enter the lounge without knocking, with the shoe in the air. While the person in the constant tries to rest after the surgery in the corridor, nurse ladies conduct flashy discussions what better and cold ground - or maybe warm? I am very dissatisfied with providing information in this facility, or rather their lack - immediately before the procedure the doctors are surprised that the patient did not take pajama pants to dress (with a 3-hour treatment including rest it is not always obvious), dozens of surveys to fill and every practically the same: allergies? Health complications? Recent diseases? It is not even written what the doctor is supposed to fill in and what patient and you have to fly to the reception desk 30 times to complete one questionnaire, and there are as already mentioned about 4, entering the room the staff hurried a total of 4 times ... "Already? Is it already? " what is it supposed to be? Market or hospital for people who are in need, some tact. Plus for the friendly attitude of the people working there, but I think it is not paid for, and not only is it expected from a private hospital.
I have been going to Mediconcept for 16 years. First to the gynecologist - my beloved doctor Marta, dentist - with her son for 7 years - Ms. Ewa Czerchawska-Jarosz ... quoted woman, son loves her, zero fear happily goes to the next visit. A year ago, an orthopedic surgeon examined the son's hip. All doctors from the highest "Polish". Excitable, competent .... great. The only downside is still prices going up, but an unparalleled standard. recommend
I am waiting for the results of the fourth week despite the set date of three weeks (due to May Day) and probably still wait ... Unfortunately, the laboratories with which mediconcept cooperates and twice the higher price for testing compared to other facilities leave much to be desired. ..
Fantastic specialists dealt with midwifery gynecologist, pediatrics and orthopedist. All very nice and professional always help. Dr Jarosz is an outstanding specialist in the field of gynecology, in addition recognized as the gynecologist of 2017. Dr Ryszkowska, a pediatrician by vocation with a great approach to babies, answers every question of parents and is able to support. Even the ladies in registration are ready to help and are very kind. I recommend it to anyone looking for good specialists and a nice atmosphere :)
Unfortunately, what happened to me at the Mediconcept clinic is, of course I did not think about the matter by phone and told you that this will be reported to the superiors of this midwife I was on a cytology at one of the midwife thicker in dark or black short hair that she was rough spoke to me and she told me some diseases on the chair when I was lying and the text "type you are big" in this place are just a bit strange because I was at private gynecologists and on the contrary I heard something completely different by the situation that met me unfortunately the last time I came to countries !! and I came to the command because a friend said that the clinic is great !!! let no woman be treated in this way by this lady !!!!
When it comes to ENT, I don't recommend it. The quality of services is more or less the same as in ordinary NZOZ state institutions. I skip the fact that you have to pay. It's just not worth it. If someone is looking for specialists in ENT, you will find them in MEDICUS at Wyszy ski.
We were on a gynecological visit with my mother, on August 3, 2020, the first was that we had an appointment at 2:30 pm, and the doctor came to work only at 4:20 pm! And there was no sorry .... second is that the doctor did not say anything about the bleeding that was (which was reported by 2 other doctors) you wanted us to do plastic surgery, which he would do in a private clinic. And the most important thing is that Mr. Marek proposed a cytology for which we gave our consent and on August 21, 2020 there are no results ... and now neither the cashback nor the test results. Because Mr. Marek did not give the cytology number, and now we are not able to find our result !!!! No information available !! And I doubt we'll get a refund! But this is a massacre !!!!! Such accidents are unacceptable for such a lauded clinic. We wrote a complaint in the clinic itself ... and we're waiting!

First of all, 5 stars for the always smiling ladies at the reception. Ample free parking is a big advantage in this part of the city. I use a dentist and endocrinologist. The advantage is that there are virtually no queues. Good organization. Sometimes we do research here too. I have always been pleased.
I was once in search of a good gynecologist encouraged by opinions. I had an appointment at 8:20, the visit was to last 10 minutes (high but market prices). At 8:30 the Doctor was not there yet, I went to the reception to ask how long the Doctor would be, because theoretically I should leave the facility and I have not been accepted yet. The lady on reception said I should wait. I asked her to call the Doctor because I was in a hurry to work. After another 10 minutes no one came and did not say how long the Doctor would be, I only heard that there were traffic jams in the city (I also had to get there and I was not late). After another 5 minutes I left because I couldn't wait any longer. I know that 25 minutes is not much, but compared to a 10-minute visit costing PLN 160, it is quite significant being late (without information when the doctor will appear :). The ladies at the reception were surprised that I am leaving (the last lady was nice), but unfortunately if I knew that I would be accepted at 9 or after, I would not sign up because it is too late for me. I would expect a higher quality of service from such an establishment, especially since I was the first patient on that day ... We all work and we all know that traffic jams in Wroc aw are the norm, so this is no excuse for me.
I do not recommend teeth whitening. The cost of PLN 1,500. The whitening was performed in 3 cycles of 10 minutes each. Teeth before and after whitening in exactly the same color (I took pictures of myself). When asked before the procedure, the dentist said that there would be a spectacular effect next to my teeth. Let me have a slightly vanilla white before the treatment. They were of the same color immediately after the procedure. At my suggestion that nothing can be seen, the dentist informed that now for 2 weeks it would all work and they would whiten. For 2 weeks, as recommended, I followed a completely white diet. Teeth color has not changed anything teeth have not whitened anything. Totally thrown money down the drain.
I visit an orthopedist and a dentist for a medication concept. Dr. Anna Grabowska-Ho ysz is a miracle worker. I was very afraid of this visit, but I felt practically nothing !!! The problem of aching tooth is gone !!!! I heartily recommend
On 2.04.2019, I made an appointment by telephone for x-ray panoramic X-rays of teeth. The lady told me that there is one assistant and I will have to wait up to 20 minutes. I agreed and I came to the clinic. I was registered and had to wait about 20 minutes. I waited over an hour and nobody said anything. The lady at the reception said she reported to the assistant, but she does not know why I have to wait so long. I resigned. Maybe other X-ray surgeries are more interested in my money.
In the Mediconcept facility, I was diagnosed and had a procedure requiring a few hours' stay. Both before surgery, during and after .... care and commitment of staff; doctors, nurses - fantastic. Efficient organization, full of professionalism and perfect atmosphere. I recommend as an alternative public hospitals, where the patient is on the principle ... "next please ...." I have been and I do not recommend. A visit to a specific hour and we waited for a visit over 1.5 hours longer and we gave up because it was not over yet. Kind of reputation and high prices but service below standards. Words sorry at the reception you will not testify. I advise against better private clinics.

Drama, you pay a lot of money for your visit and in addition do not accept on time. For such a medical center as advertised, this should not be the case. I am here for the third time and each time the same.
A very aesthetic clinic, the entrance is greeted by smiling, kind faces and professional service, the whole procedure was meticulously presented to me, the visit itself went smoothly. I am changing my current and long-term medical center :)
At Mediconcepta, I was with your gynecologist several times. I am satisfied with the individual approach to the patient. You do not have the impression that the doctor hurries or waits for the end of the visit. You are given as much time as you need. Therefore, there are often delays, but this is quite understandable. Ladies from the reception very nice and helpful. I would recommend.
The registration time does not correspond to the time of admission. Slip over an hour The facility is definitely for people who have a lot of free time. Registration saves patients every 15 minutes and the visit lasts for about an hour. Bardxo, good doctor focuses on the patient, but why can not change the organization in recording the lack of respect for the time and health of patients
I did not see your doctor, I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, I called and warned that I was in a traffic jam and would be late, when I arrived they said they needed a proof, it was not with me, but there was a photo, they asked to send me a meila, how could I show her like that. But they didn't even wait like Meil and they said that my visit was over and there was another patient at that hour, they just didn't see me. I heard many reviews about the Doctor and wanted to go to her, but I will not go to this clinic anymore.
A modern clinic for the 21st century. Today I received information from a doctor that if I need a prescription I will receive it via SMS, because they use e-prescriptions. You can do everything by email. Ladies from the reception are also patient-friendly and very nice, and this is rare even in other private clinics. Everything patient oriented. Can only recommend.
A place full of specialists. Starting from dentists - Dr. Ewa with a wonderful approach to children. By gynecologists and midwives - ANGELS. I conducted my pregnancy here with great calmness. The patient is happy, the wonderful Dr. Anna, a dentist, with an excellent approach to children. Very nice service, and prices are not so drastic. Slight shifts in time, but resulting more from the individual needs of each patient than the fault of the staff. I sincerely recommend.
I do not recommend this place. I go there for a long time because of the close location from home, but each month the quality of services is getting worse at elevated and high prices. The reception and the rules are cumbersome, uncomfortable.
