No help when a claim arises, could not provide copy of long form of insurance policy. When you have a claim you would expect agent to provide you a copy of long form if you request it as your life is a bit hectic but this agency failed to come through with it.

My husband and I have both now switched our policies to Erie with the help of the team at Galo. I was a bit concerned because we both have auto, home, life and general liability for our practice but it's been such a relief because the owner personally handled the swap for us and essentially told us to not worry and that he would handle it and ensure we weren't missing any prior coverage.

And our premiums are lower, with the same and even several lower deductibles. I wish we had swapped sooner !
