I Have been an audio professional for over 60 years, I m very fortunate to have known Eric Joseph at Mediaspec since 1989. Eric and all his staff are always very willing and professional, whether it s sales, technical support or offering invaluable advise.
As an OAP now, there are many times that I couldn t solve a problem, but Mediaspec always manage get me up and running again, I can t recommend them more highly.
But don t just take my word for it, give them a call, they truly are unique in every way.

As a long time customer of Mediaspec I can honestly say by far the best company we have ever dealt with not just Scotland but Europe. 5 stars doesn't give them justice.

Media spec are the best .... I can t think of another company that I ve dealt with that has better quality of service and provides better value for money .... I could go into lots of detail but suffice it to say that in every encounter ... sales, service, advice, support ... they have gone way beyond the call of duty ... for me ... mediaspec have been excellent beginning to end .... and great to deal with too ... what more could you want.

After being badly let down by another supplier I spoke to Eric at Mediaspec. Although the item I needed was not in stock Eric asked me to leave it with him. Less than an hour later he called me back to tell me he'd located what I wanted and the order was processed. Delivery was the next day.
