After being badly let down by another supplier I spoke to Eric at Mediaspec. Although the item I needed was not in stock Eric asked me to leave it with him. Less than an hour later he called me back to tell me he'd located what I wanted and the order was processed. Delivery was the next day.

I was very pleased with the friendly and personal way my enquiry was handled. I will be returning to Mediaspec for my future requirements.
