Wide choice in assortment, excellent service with knowledge

Was forced to put my bag (containing expensive items such as a laptop) in a locker at my own risk.

It is certainly fun shopping. A pity about the aggressive way of looking for customers for Essent. Let me make that choice myself.

Lots of products, double check that advertised prices are genuine, sometimes you pay more than shown then have to claim cashback from manufacturer.

Best shop for electronics...very good options and reasonable prices...

It is a pity that Mediamarkt does not look for the best price with you as a customer. I was interested in buying a macbook, but saw a clear price difference between Mediamarkt and Bol.com. Called Media Market and asked if they could do something for me in this. It was certainly said that there was nothing to be done about this. Too bad, because I went for the other partner, bol.com.

A very big Tech store full of stuff so many that is the biggest from Amsterdam...what you don't find in other Mediamarkts from Amsterdam,you will find here in this one for sure.

Thus become a worthless store and formula. They no longer do the last prize. Web shop is almost empty. Customer friendliness with some is worthless

Huge choice, a small corner for new products where you can really see the evolution of technologies.

There are more sellers from external companies (such as ziggo, budget energy, and other things you have not asked for) than from the media market itself. If you ask whether they have a specific cable, they only refer to each other, without you getting an answer. Finally left without buying anything. If this is the quality of a physical store, it is not surprising that most people buy their products online.

Staff is for the most part anything but helpful, and would rather the customer quickly

It's enormous and has a huge amount of tech! Can be a little hard to find specific things though.

I think this is the biggest electronics store in Amsterdam.

Wonderfully large, friendly staff. They also have a public toilet though we have to walk a bit to customer service.

A very beautiful lady had been looking at me for a while. So I thought she was in love with me, unfortunately I found out she wanted to make me a proposal for cheap energy.

HORRIFIC customer service. I ordered a phone for black Friday, and heard nothing from them. I called every day for a week, and they never once called me back. Next thing I knew, my order was rejected for no good reason, and there is nobody who can help explain why. I've called every day for two weeks, and literally nobody can help. I even tried calling head office. I've never had a worse customer experience.

Oh, and they still haven't refunded my money.

Unless you are buying something in the store, over the counter, and taking it home with you that second, avoid Mediamarkt like the plague.

They "were not allowed" to open my tablet (Asus) to see if it could be repaired on the spot. And to buy a new one, it actually had to be done via the internet. In the store they had almost no tablets. You couldn't really make a choice in the store.

What you can expect from MediaMarkt ... Uninterested staff who chat with each other and stand in the way and look up upset if you ask.

Generally good with large range, across the board of electrical goods and accessories. One annoying habit is of leaving good value products of display, without actually having the item in stock.

The only media market that is unreachable by phone is a call center that has its calls dismissed. Do I really have to come from Utrecht to see if a specific washing machine is for sale because the stock system is in doubt? Furthermore, the entrance is always as if you are entering a drug brothel. Heavy guys at the door who refuse you access when you enter a normal bag. I don't come here for pleasure.

Grote Media Markt and always nice and quiet. WITH corona routing so totally cool. Febo across the street so what more could you want ... anyway :)

10 days delivery word 15, 20, and customer service is nothing useful to say about it.

I really don't like to go here. Terrible service and you'd a fool to buy something here. There are many places that offer you better service. The return policy is terrible. Most products are overpriced but the 'brand' is hyped to be cheap. I will take the car and drive 20 mins to a competitor at the Zuidas if I want to buy electronics.

Media Markt Arena always has quality products and electronics that we need ... great !!!

Super bad had bought something that turned out not to be the good item, if I wanted to exchange it for the wanted item, I could first go to the service counter (have to wait half an hour there) for initials on the receipt and only then could I exchange it while I bought the item less than 3 minutes ago .. (it was a Chrome cast ultra while I wanted the normal one) .. it also stank of weed because there were young people blowing at the lifts, incidentally, the people who worked there kindly.
