Seems to have had his best time. Was not helped further and the whole looks messy.

Good store with great selection. Sometimes difficult to find staff to assist.

They almost forced met to take a energy abonemen from some company. When I said no thanks the guy got angry at me. They do have good service but force people into some account is not decent

It's really big, and host a very large collection of electronics. Also very up to date with their collection. However not happy with customer support, sometimes you have to wait like 30 mins or more to get hold of some one to help you.

Lots of choice, easily accessible, quite stressful shopping

Very good service, employee of the HP store-in-store took a model out of the box for us to show the difference. Has helped a lot to make a choice.

The best place if you wanna buy electricals, or anything to do with the household. Thing is if you fancy travelling to Amsterdam, then I strongly recommend coming here to shop. MediaMarkt lies in the heart of Amsterdam Bijmer ArenA where Ajax play.

During the checkout at 10 minutes to 8 I find out that the product is not good and then I don't want to take it back because the service department is closed ...... huh? Come back tomorrow! Customer friendly?

Its a good place to buy the electronic goods. though the prices are above average, you get most of the house hold items from A to Z. They also have offers now and then. They provide Global Blue receipts for people outside of Europe who need tax returned.

Busy place, but there is everything to find. In other words, there is not enough staff to sell and answer questions

The majority of its clientele doesn t respect a respectable distance to others. In the current covid19 situation I found it an unsafe space, and I quite soon went to the exit without a purchase.

Rude staff who don't even want to listen if you want to correctly announce them. Immediately the man at the entrance started with bad language without any training. Media market a great example of publicity.

This is the most arrogant store I even seen. For some reasons, they close at 6pm, not as usual time 10pm. When I and also other shoppers arrive there at 5pm, the security guards would not allow us to go in even though just taking a look or picking up a thing quickly. However, at that time, still lots of people inside the store. So rediculous!

Nice Media Markt location and nice staff. Having to wait a long time for a product from the warehouse.

There are specialists in various departments who can help you well.
Be prepared for very professional equipment and even the top professional drones.

Good electronics showroom in Bijlmer Arena. Almost all electrical items are available. There is a separate section for Apple products. Service center is also available. Compare to Hoofddorp MediaMarkt Bijlmer arena showroom is big and more number of products are available. Play station accessories home appliances are having more options.

Typical Mediamarkt. Has most of the items we look for. Difficult to find a staff and ask questions. A bit tough to navigate to different sections. Look for offers. Not a good experience when you order online.

The best MediaMarkt I have ever been to! What an offer! This store is very large (2 floors) and you can find almost anything you want, in tech but also in the household. The way the products are set up (eg the Samsung products and the different TVs) is beautiful, well-cared for and appealing.
In short, a mecca for the tech enthusiast!

Was well helped today by various employees of Amsterdam Arena. You can not say that from MM Osdorp. From now on only go to MM to MM Arena

Bought TV only to be notified 3 days later that they can only deliver in "several" weeks. Even if when we paid for it it was in stock. Prices are lower on other websites. Disaster, very good at collecting money tho...

Typical Media Markt: large and wide selection, but beautiful experience islands

Large media market location with spacious TV department where the latest of the latest is postponed. Furthermore, large selection of white goods, but also audio and even a reasonable selection of LPs. Not unimportant; very easy to reach by car, bus, metro and train.

VERY BAD SERVICE !
I bought a laptop 3 months ago and 2 weeks ago it was broken !
by the way i brought to media markt to fix it and they restore everything even that the problem was on C hard driver.
They deleted all of my files in C and D driver and the problem was only an update in windows !

I bought a DSLR from here on reasonable price. the shop and local area is good to hangout.

Staff only concerned with themselves, cupboard wall principle.

We bought a laptop here at the beginning of August. Unfortunately that thing had flaws, so brought it back for repair. After 2 weeks we were able to pick it up again. They only knew it had been fixed, but what was wrong they couldn't tell. Kind of weird vague story. In addition, the boy behind the service desk knew surprisingly little about computers and could only look blurred out of his eyes. For the rest, a great store. But before you buy something there, first compare prices with other things.

This is one of the biggest tech stores around. All in all it suffices, however the experience is a bit so and so. There is a movie theatre nearby as well as a big concert hall and train station. This means lots of people, mostly friendly but some malicious. This makes the area surrounding the mediamarkt a bit unsavory. However in the mediamarkt itself, stuff is somewhat easy to find. Staff is underpaid and acts like it.

Non recommended but at the same time don't feel discouraged to go.

The staff gives the impression that sometimes they don't quite understand what is going on. It is a pity that they try to bluff blindly through it and not just call in a colleague.
