If I was a resident at this facility I would be trying to get out.
To the workers, keep trying to let your light shine and get thru the intensely horrible management and higher ups that pull your strings. My father went 9 days without dialysis and could have died. The only reason I found out was because my sister and I were waiting on a zoom meeting for him and he didn t show, three phone calls later revealed that he was not in the building , which prompted all sorts of worry if he was rushed to the hospital or what have you. Turns out I was right, and it s because of negligence. Being a healthcare worker myself I know mistakes happen but this overlook could have resulted in a death!
I pray for your licensure! And my poor father!

DO NOT STAY HERE.Iwas only there for 3 days and it was awful.Arrived on a Saturday the staff was not professional at all I had to wait 5 hours for my medications and for something to drink. The Physical Therapist came in to evaluate me all he did was have me stand I asked for a walker never got it.The nurses and aides would yell down the hallways unprofessional. And the Nurse on the night shift was very scary he didn't talk just handed me my medicine and walked out.
Also the foods awful and when they give you your tray the utensils are not covered there just thrown on the tray they do not follow precautionsI would never send anyone there

We had an issue with the insurance company and the authorization. Laurie from admissions was fantastic. She went above and beyond in every respect to ensure that the approval was obtained and the patient was transferred. I can't say enough good things about her, she was amazing. The facility is also well maintained and bright unlike many other rehabs. Most of the staff seems very friendly.

Caring staff does not make up for the medical negligence and isolation that patients that this facility face. Contacting patients is incredibly difficult because there are no personal phones in the facility and cell phone service is too poor to give patients any reason to have their own devices. Recently, my dad, who has advanced kidney disease and requires dialysis multiple times a week to avoid heart failure or worse, was not given this treatment for nine days. Whether he was forgotten due to his recent diagnosis of covid-19 or run-of-the mill negligence, we are unclear. This facility is actively revealing everything wrong with America s supposed healthcare system and the ageist biases that prevent us from caring for those whom we should be showing the utmost respect: our elders.

To whomever in marketing decides to answer this, perhaps you can suggest to the powers that be that some of their business dollars be invested in providing a supportive environment that empowers physicians and staff to keep better track of the precious lives in their hands.

My father has been at Medford Multi-Care for a year now. We are very grateful that he has sweet, caring and dedicated nurses, aides and staff. It has been difficult during this COVID era, but thanks to their wonderful recreation program, we ve been able to do regular Zoom visits, which is the next best thing to being there. Also, whenever I mention that my dad is feeling down, the recreational staff is ready to lift up his mood by having him do art or listen to the MP3 player that the director recorded with his favorite music. Finally, my mom and I appreciate that Medford Multi-Care includes us in their regular team meetings and decision making. Good communication is essential for any type of relationship. Thank you Multi-Care!

I had to pull my mother from this facility after 4 hours of her arriving her. She came with a broken hip and the aides were so extremely rough with her it brought me to tears. I signed her out immediately. Anywhere but here if you care about your loved ones!!!!
