My father has been at Medford Multi-Care for a year now. We are very grateful that he has sweet, caring and dedicated nurses, aides and staff. It has been difficult during this COVID era, but thanks to their wonderful recreation program, we ve been able to do regular Zoom visits, which is the next best thing to being there. Also, whenever I mention that my dad is feeling down, the recreational staff is ready to lift up his mood by having him do art or listen to the MP3 player that the director recorded with his favorite music. Finally, my mom and I appreciate that Medford Multi-Care includes us in their regular team meetings and decision making. Good communication is essential for any type of relationship.
