Took my dog to one of their outdoor seating areas. Our first drink was a large dog dish with ice water for the pooch! The food was excellent, the grounds well kept and our wait-service couldn't have been better. The history behind the place makes Edgefield all the more intriguing (It originally was "the poorhouse for the area).

I always enjoy this place. The pomegranate cider I had last night was fantastic. I hope they never quit making that. Between the scenery the cigars and good drinks it couldn't have been better

Awesome atmosphere, we were here as it was getting dark in autumn. Kinda spooky, very cool. Get the passport for fun little McMenamins adventures!
The food was good, and the drinks were amazing. Try the High Fashion or the Lavender Honey Cider!
Food and beer was excellent. We will be back for an overnight stay and to take in all the gardens and tours.
Edgefield Is a very unique and fun environment I Love taking my friends and family here
Edgefield can get crowded on Friday/weekend evenings, especially at the outdoor seating by the power station. However, the staff does an excellent job to accommodate parties and texts/calls you when you're up so you can enjoy the grounds. Food and drinks come out quite quick considering the volume of guests.
Nice place to have some wine and suds in the sun. The winery was nice and cool. We had the cider flight and took a growler home with us. We will continue to come here again and again. Only 10 uber from airport.

Very enjoyable place. Has so much to offer but everything except salad in the kitchen has canola oil. Which makes me feel bad and have reactions that last months. So I researched it. Canola is naturally a neuro toxin and animals won't eat it in the field. So why do we? It's an industrial oil. It shouldn't be in our food. They can alter it and process it more, as they did, and have the FDA approve it but it shouldn't be. I hope they will provide alternative food without it, or take it out of their establishments altogether and care for you and me. It's a cheap oil. Not cool. This is why I so rarely go there. Love the place otherwise.
The service in the pool room wasn't overly friendly, but acceptable. We ordered multiple pizzas and one went to the table next to us.
Really like Edgefield. Multiple bars and restaurants. Movie theater. I have stayed here before and it's a very nice experience.

Absolutely awesome Place. Many places to dine, lots to do, and historic. I've been here a few times, and photographed a wedding here before. No matter what you are coming here for, it's a cool place to visit.
This is my absolute favorite place to go! I love the food, the spa, the drinks, the open campus. There are tons of things to do. Move me in! The only problem is the beds. They are HORRIBLE. I stay anyway, but need a night in my own bed before I go back to work, so I can recover and sleep. They are super firm, painfully firm. We have considered bringing a bed topper just to make it more tolerable, but haven't wanted to carry it in yet.
Service was very good. Food was good. Nice variety of desserts.
Just go. That's all I have to say. Just go an experience ground, bars, wine room. All of it. Just go!

Tasty food and drinks. Service was attentive and quick. Our server was awesome! Was at Power House for lunch, visited the glass blower and gift shop for fun and original gifts.
Good food, great venue, and an iconic atmosphere make this McMenamins location one of my all time favorites. I highly recommend checking this place out.
I wasn't impressed with the chicken dinner. Expensive & bland tasting. Not fresh.
The signage was easy to follow to find our restaurant of choice for lunch. The Black Rabbit Restaurant and Bar was a great stop after a hike in the Gorge. We sat in the bar which had great decor. Service was friendly and quick. The food was your average Mcmenamins food, good food but it won't blow your mind away. Looking forward to coming back and trying another restaurant there.

As is always, Edgefield was great! We accidently spent 5 hours there stamp hunting.
A crazy wonderful place, one that restores your faith in humanity. Why doesn't every city have a McMenamin's that rescues interesting old properties and makes them spectacular?
The service at the brewery pub was extremely slow. Food arrived frozen on the inside at both the brewery pub and the Black Rabbit Restaurant. The little red shed is really cool. Overall I was a little disappointed in the experience.
Went to the outdoor seating area for a concert. The line moved fairly quickly once the gates opened. Staff were nice, but limited food selection. No re-entry.
Covid stay little weird bars shut down at 10 but was still fun .
I ordered a mint Julep. It wasn't the best. Wasn't the worst that I have ever had. But, nothing to write home about.
Went to power station bar and grill. Took a bit to get our drinks. Noticed a group of people that got seated after us get their drinks first. Took awhile for waitress to come take our food order. Got our food in a timely matter. Food was amazing. Drinks were amazing.
Friendly staff, even during the crazy holiday weekend. There were several weddings on site when we were there, but there was still plenty to do. Fun to get a drink and walk around the property.
We loved it here. Beautiful grounds, lots of choices for food, fun, flagons. Easy to get gf food, waiter was clear about what might be contaminated. Tasty sandwiches, but not impressed with the housemade chips. Wait staff tried really hard to be attentive, maybe a tad too much, but overall an enjoyable experience on an incredibly gloomy, wet day. Will return.

Great selection of nice whiskeys and rum. They have a distillery in one of the buildings with a bar. Their pale ale is amazing! Great atmosphere and friendly staff!
Great beer and food, great staff and friendly service. Cool movie theater, eclectic and well done art. Many interesting places to explore on the property. Good adventure for the whole family

The atmosphere is so special. It's warm and inviting. I love all the artwork. The hospitality is great. I love all the different places to fun drinks. The food is amazing. The soaking pool is so relaxing. I've been here for a date night with my husband attending a concert. I also come every year for an annual girls trip with friends. I love Edgefield. Definitely no place like it.

I love going to places that are unique. The movie theater experience...eating a meal and sitting in the balcony was really fun! Going inside the hotel and checking out the art on the walls was really neat. Going downstairs...the pool hall had a fun vibe. The wine bar and the unexpected....walking around the corner to see and hear a live band down a narrow hallway...so cool!

One of my all time favorite places. Parking can be hairy-dont forget where you parked! Find an environmental marker, if your buzzed all cars look the same in that lot, its the lighting or some phenomenon. Get a map, theres many placesto go that you cant see from the main paths. Explore around corners and nooks and crannys! Your sure to have anadventure!
The Black Rabbit Inn is one of the best restaurants in the greater Portland area, with an ever changing menu and skilled staff there is enough there to keep you coming back time and time again.
Bring back the Truffle Fries! Other than that, everything is fantastic!
It has too many bars to count, a mini golf course and unique environment. Don't forget your McMenamins passport :)
Love this place, been going here for years for beer and fun golf with friends especially in the summer. This year I'll see what concerts are like at Edgefield :)
Awesome campus really interesting walking around and exploring. Service is terrible which puts this on par with all the other McMen's.
One of our favorite Mcmenamins. This one has it all - soaking pool, golf course, organic farm, concert venue, winery and distillery. Feels more like Europe than the U.S in that you can wander about freely with drink in hand.
The Edgefield is one of my favorite places to go, this visit was good. The Reuben was great and service was pleasant.
