Always a great place to go. Multiple fireplaces all around the property that are constantly refilled by the staff. Great for anyone.

Went there for lunch and it was wonderful! I want to return in June & spend the night to tour the entire property!

Amazing place to eat, drink and just hang out. There's so much to do and all kinds of events during summer time!

McMenamins Edgefield is an amazing place. Do spend time, look around and check out the history. Great food at the Black Rabbit.

If you like McMenamins then this place will be exactly what you're looking for. The par 3 course is great!

With a great first-time experience unfortunately we got there when it was dark so we didn't get to enjoy the grounds. We went into the Powerhouse Pub it was really cool great old-time atmosphere. The dinner was okay nothing real exciting. The service that was really slow but they were very busy. we plan on returning and enjoying the rest of the grounds and the other restaurants.

Great place to have fun food is killer & the hospitality is exceptional.

I was at Edgefield for a conference. The service was great, the facility was beautiful, and I quite enjoyed the food.

Room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable; the best feature of the facility! The rest of the facility and grounds were clean.

The food at the Black Rabbit was disappointing. My friend and I had Happy Hour, dinner and breakfast. The fish in the fish & chips was overcooked and the fries were good but few. The omelet was undercooked with runny eggs. I had the Artisan Cheese plate with a hard wedge of cheese, maybe 1/3 of an apple and bread. All in all the food was only fair and overpriced.

A foodie's delight. Possibly the best mushroom cheeseburger I've had in 25 years. The Cajun tater tots are the bomb! Add excellent selection of beers and service that WOWs you! As Arnold said "I'll be back! "

Beautiful gardens this time of year (August). Great food and wait staff on the patio at the Power Station Pub.

Wonderful location with all kinds of things to do and see.

I like the venue well enough. The grounds are nice, even if the only times I've been there have been at night or late enough in the afternoon that I didn't really have time to see much of them. I liked the restaurants, the decor is great, the buildings are interesting. McMenamin's always has interesting locations. The reason why I give it a 3 today is because the wait was insanely long, and even after we got our table, when we ordered, it took over 40 minutes to get our food. Now, obviously they were very busy and I don't begrudge success to anyone, but in one of the two locations we ended up neither eating nor paying for the hummus plate, because it came as we were leaving. Perhaps they need more cooks or more wait staff, I don't know.

Not only does the place have stunning views and charm, tons of activities such as golf, movies, soaking pools, spas and more, but all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Can't wait to return!

Had a blind date at 60yrs old tonight. Been 40 plus years since last one. The receptionist when I told her of date. Put us by the Christmas tree and our servers were great too. I hadn't been to Edgefield since I had my youngest daughters weeding there. Been going to there pubs since back in the day at High St. In Eugene. Rocked the seasonal ales. Spimply forget about it. Always a win!!!!!!!

Walking the grounds with drink in hand made for one of the best McMenamins experiences I've ever had. If that's not your style, there are multiple restaurants and lounges offering a wide variety of dishes as well as tours of the production facilities. Edgefield is must-stop when travelling between Portland and the gorge.

Everything we've come to expect from a McMenamins, and then some. This one has the usual great food, interesting and tasty drinks, and friendly service in the eateries as well as the comfortable, nicely appointed rooms in the main building, as one would expect.
However, this branch of the popular chain of restaurants also has wonderful shops in the outbuildings.
There is one where the glassware is being blown right in front of you for your enjoyment.
There's a day spa so you can pamper yourself or a loved one, or both.
There's a cute, one-of-a-kind bar in the midst of the colorful gardens.
Then there are the beautiful, well kept gardens.
And accessible from the gardens is the golf course with lovely views.
Altogether a wonderful place to visit, dine, drink, or even spend the weekend.

Excellent wine. Amazing areas to eat and drink. Edgefield food and service "is what it is" meaning blackrabbit bar drinks are awesome, blackrabbit restaurant food is high quality tho options are very limited, power station ambience is great w average to below average pub food & similar service (the hostesses have no interest in you dining there). We live nearby and visit lots. Just drink a lot and enjoy.

Got married here! Its still great, and they have all the space to social distance! Can't wait for the soaking pool to re open when it's safe!

This place is great. Definitely caters to the drinking crowd but you can have a good time without. Great food and the grounds are amazing. The hotel is fantastic if you don't mind the European style with shared bathroom facilities.

What do I not love about McMenamins Edgefield? That's a better question.

My favorite restaurant and hotel and place to go to see concerts, class reunions, weddings, Easter celebration, New Years Eve, Movies, Many bars to hang out at on the weekends, nice place to stay. Best to reserve for parts of 8 or larger. Nice place for massage and soak pool at Ruby's Spa. Black Rabit restaurant and Power station resturant. Out door restuarant only summer weather. Delicious spirts to drink, taste trays, Ruby Red beer and Purple Haze beer is the best. Burgers of all sorts, and sides. I love Mcminnamins!

I attended a wedding and reception at Edgefield. The staff was very friendly, the food was DELICIOUS, and we stayed relatively cool inside despite the crazy heat. It made me consider having an event here someday!

I love going to McMenamins Edgefield. Loud food and brews and the staff is always friendly. There are plenty of activities on location (golf, billiards, shuffle board, darts, movies, spa, pool, gardens, etc...) and the events (such as concerts) are a blast!

Had a great time there last night. Went with my beautiful woman. Lots of different places to eat and drink. Prices for any occasion. Had a great time!

Very interesting place with a unique style throughout. We had a work meeting here and it was perfect for location for it as it offers meeting rooms of various sizes.

I attended a concert and the venue was fantastic! Everyone had blankets and chairs and hung out on the lawn together.

There was a thirty minute wait around 5pm and my group ended up eating somewhere else which is what the hostess suggested for us.

Overall it was a good experience coming here for a concert (Willie Nelson). There was plenty of parking, although it took a while to get out. The view of the stage was pretty decent from most spots, and security wasn't overly intrusive. Would recommend; although, there are better venues.

Had such a wonderful time with family here for a few days. Its back up and open to the public. Need to wear a mask unless in your room or sitting down at a table for food/drinks. Staff were wonderful and of course the drinks and food were amazing!

Always fun! Ate at Power Station Pub, great service! Tried their pizza for the first time. Pretty spendy for pizza and some of the toppings lacked flavor but still enjoyable. Let your cooks loose and come up with some new menu choices!

We had lunch at the pub. It wasn't too busy when we arrived, but by the time we left the place was packed. Food was good and our waitress was very nice. I had the Capitan neon burger with the cajun tots washed down with seasonal red ale. We will definitely be coming back here for early lunch!

Seriously, one of the greatest places anywhere.
If you like beer, wine, or booze of any kind you should make stopping here a priority.

Beautiful spot. The grounds are gorgeous, as well as the hotel. Has a great mcmenamins vibe...be prepared if you go to a concert here though. The line is ridiculously long. Do not sit close to the stage as you will be trampled by people with beers and cellphones who do not care that you got there early to pick a good spot and sit and enjoy a good show. Nope. They will stand directly on your blanket or in front of your chair, blocking your entire view. Much better off sitting high above.

Gorgeous grounds, good food, delicious drinks. Too crowded for me on the weekends.

Stayed 1 night after a great concert. Wish pool was open later.

We love the Edgefield! It's our weekend getaway spot. We brought our pup this time and she had lots of fun! It is definitely a dog friendly place. And now that the spa is back open we returned home well rested and very relaxed! We will be back again soon.

This place has great food unbelievable liquor 70 Acres of adult Disneyland it is a wonderful place to visit with your loved one or somebody's

Room was great, golf was great, drinks, food, and facility were all perfect. Some slow service and overcrowding in restaurants, but overall a positive experience.

Decent food, decent staffing, beautiful decorum and comfy locations on site. Not to mention the location of my first ghostly experience, if you believe in that stuff. Ahh man this place was awesome. I miss it... Thats just my experience though.

This is an amazing getaway. Love everything about this place. Stayed in multiple brooms, all of them have been super fun.

Long wait to get a table but the service made it worth it. The Prince of Fools is the best beer I have ever had at McMenamins. That needs to go into regular rotation.

This is a great place to get away to celebrate with Betsy, for her birthday, and still be near the city. There is an excellent array of attentative service throughout the entire facility. Very family friendly

Love the atmosphere and variety of options s through the campus

3 of us ate at Black Rabbit restaurant. Seated quickly. Food (sandwiches and a salad) took 25 minutes. It was yummy (especially the salad and burger). Server forgot the iced tea. Then after the meal was almost over, she remembered. I said never mind, and she said she'd bring it but wouldn't charge me. Iced tea was on the bill. She kindly removed the charge. Overall, it is what I've come to expect from any McMenamins: Decent food, great ambiance, where the servers are really friendly, but the service is wildly mediocre.

Quirky buildings in lovely grounds with multiple restaurants and bars.

Food is outstanding and a great atmosphere. Hotel was a very nice stay but be prepared for not many amenities in the rooms with no tv. Also restrooms, showers and sinks were on ends of each floor.

The wait staff was extremely polite and helpful, even with a busy crowd
