Sales Manager, Ed Cushing and the staff at McLaughlin Chevrolet are true professionals. We were greeted with friendly smiles and treated with courtesy and respect. Our experience there was excellent. Nowhere else had we received the kind of attention that we got from Ed, Salesmen Frank and David, and Finance Manager, Keith. We just can't say enough about their competence, efficiency. kindness. I went in a couple weeks back just to get a feel for what i liked and to look at some prices. Dave Seckinger came up to me to help, but gave me my space at the same time. He was nice and thorough. The following week i went back, and met with Dave Ferraro. Very pleased with all of the information he was giving and telling me. Everyone was so helpful and honest through my first time buying my own car! I thought i would be nervous but everyone at McLaughlin Chevrolet treats you like family. Keith Nickerson was awesome too! He helped dot all of our I's and cross all of our T's and i could not have felt more comfortable with a company. I left that day with ease with my new 2015 Buick Regal and I haven't been so happy about a purchase in my life!!! Doreen Moore was a great help as well, while she was very patient with me going over every small button and gadget of my new wheels. She set me up for success! Thank you again to McLaughlin Chevy!

11:30am come in to drop off a tire that has a nail in it. Service department says we won t get to it for at least an hour I said no problem it s actually off the car and they said we can take the tire and call you when it s done so I rolled it over next to the bay door And said ok. 3 and a half hours go by and I come back to the dealer because I figured they said only an hour earlier, so it should be done. Service guy said it s not done, you were just a walk in and I took it out of the kindness of my heart The tire was still sitting where I left it. It s a good thing I went there when I did because I don t trust driving on a donut for too long and I barely had enough time in the day to call another place to get my tire fixed before everything closed. Will not be going back to this dealer. Bad Customer service.
David Neudeck was absolutely fantastic. Unquestionably the best car buying experience I've ever had. He worked with us to find exactly what we needed and stayed well within our budget. I have nothing but incredible things to say about David and everyone we worked with at McLaughlin Chevrolet!

I had a flat tire and they got me in right away and fixed the tire. I had to wait a day for the tire to come in but Sean kept me informed and let me know they got the tire and it was fixed. My previous dealership Boch Chevy never did this for me. I am taking my truck to be serviced at McLaughlin Chevy from now on.

Brought in my vehicle for a diagnostic appt at 930 only to be told at 3:00 to take it somewhere else. Wasted my whole day and now I have to take another day off to get fixed. Pretty sure it s only the brake fluid line. Don t waste your time there.

I think I agree with the dissatisfied customers based on my negative experience also and I had cash, but he seller didn't know that. I've been in transportation for over 53 years. While reading these reviews I noticed the company did not address another major common concern, which was how they were improperly and unprofessionally treated. This reveals this company's poor treatment of their customers is covered up by the use of a lure of a "game" to get people to come in. Frankly, giving out $100 for a gift card isn't exactly how to fix that. Being inclusive is. Shame on you from all of us, who pour our hearts out daily in the transportation business.

Keith in finance will lie and tell you what you want to hear just to get you to sign, bought a new truck in November, had to take a higher rate to get all rebates, Keith put me in his calendar to call April 1st to refinance to lower rate. I have called and emailed and had no response, it is now July, I recommend customers stay away.

Did anyone else get the Money Carlo ticket scam? It said I won $5,000. After calling the dealership it was confirmed that I did in fact win, or I could put the money towards the purchase of a car. I wen down there to meet David, whose personality was more frosty than the Blizzard of 78'. He tossed my ID across the table as opposed to handing it me the way I handed it to him. That was extremely and intentionally rude. That unprofessional gesture and attitude immediately determined I would never make a purchase here ever! After reminding him why I came down there, he led me to a board that had 4 numbers. That's how they "determined" I really got $100 in online only gift cards I have to submit an application for. I mean to lie to people to get a $1.00 is awful. Maybe business wouldn't be so bad if they were honest. Would highly NOT recommend.

Monique that's right I lived the same with these guys they're impolite, rude and I understand that they need to sell but this is the right way?lying to the people? these flyers are fake and when I arrive with my winning ticket ($5000) one of This guy's attended me with bad attitude and ask me if I want to buy a car and I said no right now and suddenly his attitude changed and he said that my ticket hasn't value so, I thinks this is a bad strategy for sell cars and what can I say about these guys? Are rude and impolite guys don't go with those fake tickets

I had a wonderful experience at McLaughlin Chevrolet, from my initial contact with them all the way through the purchase and follow up. Doreen listened to what I wanted and needed, and helped me to find that. I did not make a purchase on my first visit, but Doreen called me when something similar to what I wanted came in and I went back to test drive that and it was exactly what I needed. Everything was easy and went smoothly which I appreciated. Great team and service!
I purchased a 2012 Loaded Chevrolet Colorado(brand new left over) in 2013 from Glen, Frank and crew at McLaughlin Chevrolet. The experience was awesome. I was looking for a small truck with all the options and they had the only one around. I drove form Cranston R.I. just to look at it. The crew at McLaughlin gave me a deal I could not refuse. We did the deal on the spot and I could not be happier. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone who was looking to buy a new vehicle.
I needed to downsize my vehicle. I checked on line a found a certified vehicle which appeared to meet my needs. I visited the dealership, viewed the vehicle ,talked terms and 20 minutes later the deal was done. A great experience. Having bought over a half dozen vehicles and having them serviced at the dealership I was confident in my choice. A cordial and helpful staff .

Recently purchased my first brand new vehicle from McLaughlin Chevrolet. Dealing with this team was nothing short of fantastic from Frank (Sales Manager) to Doreen (Internet Sales) and Keith (Finance Manager). Professional, all of them! They made the purchase seamless and pain free. I am loving my new car and would do it all over again in a minute.
Was told I could drop of my leased vehicle anytime. Tried to return my lease on Sunday during their normal business hours and was told I couldn't. Was told they didn't have a business manager so they couldn't take it. This was a big inconvenience. If the dealership is open I would suggest having the correct employees there to function properly.

The response to my review should display how professional this dealer is. I don't understand why so many dealers are like this at times.
Yes I was very frustrated, but I did not take it out on the salesman and did not throw a "tantrum". I will even add that he was ok to deal with. He just couldn't help me which anyone I think would be very frustrated with.
Both GM financial and my end of year lease inspector stated that I do not need an appointment and that all you need to do is go to any Chevy dealer during regular business hours to turn in the vehicle. At that time they would take an odometer reading and have you sign a return form. Feel free to call GM if you like. This is also what I have done with all of my previous leases with no problems at all (not Chevy though and this is why I double checked with GM and the inspector).
If I were this dealer I would take this review and use it to try and make their business better, not try to belittle and make fun of the frustrated customer. The more people you do this to the less business you will get in the future. Word of mouth does travel. Hopefully going forward you will understand and treat potential customers better :(.
I highly recommend. They really go out of their way to make things work. Dave Seckinger is very friendly and professional. We leased our 1st vehicle and bought our 2nd. Both transactions went very smoothly. Keith in the finance dept really takes the time to explain everything.
I think one star is too much on my experience right now!! I am completely floored and enraged at the way Brian in service just spoke to me on the phone. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. He was very condescending and rude!! I had my car serviced here at the beginning of the month for an oil change and tire rotation (which I think they over charged me) and ever since I have noticed that the engine ticking has gotten louder. Brian in service is questioning my ability to know what I am talking about because I am women!! I am so angry!! I do NOT recommend this place if they have people like this servicing their customers.

HORRIBLE! They don't even deserve 1 star! Don't expect any customer service after you buy a vehicle here! They'll wipe their hands clean of you! My husband purchased a used truck from them. He was recently over 3 hours away from home when he lost his truck key. I drove to bring him his spare key to only find out that McLaughlin never programmed the spare so it was completely useless and the truck wouldn't start! We had to leave the truck and come home and wait until Monday to get in touch with someone at McLaughlin for any help. Since this was negligence on their end for selling us a truck with a non operable key, we were expecting that they would help us out getting our truck back home or at least assist with paying for a tow to somewhere that could help us. WRONG! The owner Paul McLaughlin told me I had to pay to tow our truck to another GM dealer, 30 miles farther away $$$, and that they would only cover the cost to get the key programmed -SOME HELP!!! A key that should've been programmed when we bought it - SOME FAVOR!!! Now we have to eat the cost to tow it?!?!?! THE KICKER is he had the audacity to ask me why I don't have AAA and said that it isn't his fault my husband lost the key in the first place! UNREAL! Maybe Paul should have offered to use his own AAA to tow our truck back home! What's the point of a spare if it doesn't work?! What a disgrace to the GM name. We will never buy anything from there again. They should edit their website from "know that our team is here to help you no matter the reason for your visit" - to - "pound sand if you need help" ... I'll be sure to spread the word about this guy. BAD BUSINESS!

So far very easy and pleasant to deal with. I've ordered and paid online thru papal with standard shipping selected. I hope and expect to have my part within 10 days*********** I just Received my 96 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham rear bumper impact strip along with my front right rub strip. In a total of 5-6 days which exceeded my expectations and that s even after UPS had a late trailer pickup delaying delivery by 1 day. Overall I m delighted to have these sought after parts in my possession and my car in a body shop waiting to get painted. I m excited and McLaughlin Chevrolet is now part of making my dream Car a reality. Thanks. 5***** from me!

Very disappointed , I feel like I was overcharged, they charged me almost $500 dollars in labor to change a part that they cost $3.80 dollars.

In all those years, I have been given the best of treatment by all the employees I have encountered. Countless times, I have been squeezed in without an appointment for emergency repairs.
