Met at Chopps bar for drinks and appetizers while waiting for daughter's school dance to finish. Great local beer selection, appetizers. Guitarist played really good selection across 60's/70's classics (Dylan/Marley/Fleetwood Mac) and recent hits. Attentive, courteous staff, decent prices. Daughter's shindig was nice; good food, music, helpful staff when room access got ... Interesting. (Teenagers). Positive all around.

We absolutely loved our getaway stay here. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in (and my wife pays close attention to that). The restaurant on premises (Chopps) was unbelievably good (dinner and breakfast)... best filet mignon ever... omelette guys was fantastic. I thought the room service was a bit dissapointing in quality and presentation. Staffing in the lounge needs to be balanced with restaurant... we waited 20 min to be greeted.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at. I used to travel to Boston regularly for business. The staff was always friendly and remembered me by name the rooms were clean and well appointed. The property was always well taken care of. I highly recommend this establishment.

4/5 stars - only because the first of the two nights we stayed was quite restless for me. We were put in a room above the bar and I think there was some kind of party going on. I could hear and feel the bass through my bed. The A/C also made a weird high pitched noise, but it stopped the next day. I called the front desk and was told the music would end by 12:15 and almost on the dot it did. Other than that, our stay was pleasent. I couldn't get enough of the pillows! My goodness they were like clouds! Very clean, too. And the lobby was just lovely.

The interior is cozy and beautiful, everything was nice, the location was good, BUT - and this is a HUGE oversight on their part - no free Wi-Fi? Really? Almost every cafe and convenience store has it, but not a nice hotel? $15/day for just the basic version is ridiculous, and they should at least provide some basic slow connection for free.

I spent one night at this property. My room was a recently renovated king room. The furniture was functional and nice to look at with a dark finish. The bathroom was bright, with a walk in shower. The TV has the Netflix and other streaming video options. The fitness center is large with separate cardio and weights area. Breakfast was nice, as was dinner at the hotel restaurant. Would stay here again.

I booked two rooms with two double beds in each room. It was on 7/18/2015 and they gave me one king for each room. I have four adults and one child. It can't work that way. The front desk told me that they sold everything and cannot change it for me. It's not acceptable. I didn't have a pleasant stay and the hotel really didn't keep an eye on the customers' requests.

Was there for an afternoon conference. They knew we were a huge group (probably close to four-hundred) so they provided some parking lot guides for us, which was very much appreciated. The finger foods for the reception afterwards were all delicious, and the staff did an excellent job of keeping everything stocked except for the coffee (which was probably in high demand at that point). The hotel seemed very clean and professional.

Beautiful property with good amenities and lovely pools. Welcome on reception was underwhelming and we had some cleaning and room service issues. Would probably use this hotel again on the basis of price, but unfortunately it has a lukewarm reputation for a reason. On the upside there was a wedding during our stay, but it did not impact us in terms of sound, which is a real upside for a large hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful. Chopps the restaurant had good food and was lively. Breakfast buffet was good omelet station is a nice addition. Wish the rooms had USB ports for charging phones. Other than that it was a nice stay

Very clean and beautiful hotel. They have spacious rooms with small refrigerator, safe, full size ironing board/iron, blow dryer, and nice TV that comes equipped with Netflix, Hulu, etc. Although I did not get a chance to use the gym or pools it was very clean and beautifully kept. The main entrance has a restaurant and ballroom area where they have parties so it can be lively at night. But, hallway areas of hotel were super quiet. Close to downtown Boston area. Would return again.

I travel frequently for my company. I usually prefer Marriott properties, as I enjoy the service, and VALUE. This is what I did not receive in Burlington. The service at the front desk was wonderful. All employees were lovely and accommodating no matter what time I called/spoke live to them. Here is the negative: I'm traveling for a large company which entitles me to a no limit travel credit card. I choose to have the card send a text each time the account has a charge, to ensure there is no fraud issues. I received an insane amount of notifications due to charges that had not posted. There were many "holds" placed on the card. Again, this was not an issue for me, as it was a company card. I can only imagine what this would be like traveling for pmeasure, especially if a debit card was used. Please ask about this policy prior to booking. If all info is given ahead of time, then this is a wonderful essablishment.

I've stayed here a few times for work. Generally this is a decent spot. They have a restaurant on site that is open late night and a free shuttle to nearby attractions. It is close to the mall and the rooms are sized comfortably. The cleanliness and friendliness is inconsistent, but most of my experience have been positive overall.

We (classmates from high school) get together about once a month for brunch here. We've tried other places, but the Burlington Marriott tops all of them. The variety of food, the staff, all are awesome. We come from all over to meet here.

In and out quickly, dropping off luggage, and on my way.Incidentally when summer officially arrives,I usually have to wait my turn,as it appears more people travel in the summer. Can be a pain if I have deliveries in Bean Town/Boston Ma.
