One of the best Marriott teams I ve encountered. The staff is friendly and helpful. Using the Marriott app was convenient for communication with the hotel staff. I was in town on a business trip and will be definitely staying at this hotel when I m back in the area. Thank you for making my stay great!

A great stay! They were accommodating of my service animal and the rooms were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed that we were able to get adjoining rooms so that the six members of our party could go between the rooms without disturbing other guests.

Great place to stay, although it sounds like a little thing the black out drapes covering the sliding doors to the balcony do just that they blackout the room and always no light in! I haven't had such a great nights sleep in years. Would give it 5 stars but I travel with a laptop and with any other hotel hooked it up to the tv and watch movies but The tv here was locked out from changing it to use the HDMI port, again small detail i know. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Pretty good hotel. Many rooms newly renovated. They have a small bistro resteraunt that serves decent food. Request a room in the back. Better parking with door access. The wifi has always been reliable here.

I chose this place because of the pool and fitness center that are in perfect condition but closed for no apparent reason. Be prepared to pay $5 for a bottle of water too and $8 for a small craft draft.

Everything was clean and smelled fresh. Service up front was polite and friendly! Provided toothpaste as I had forgotten to bring and buy on the way. Breakfast was not included but they did offer at the bistro which looked delicious. The only issue with the free WiFi was that it did not work too well, or not at all.

Not very happy with hotel. 1) We were offered continental breakfast when we made reservation and that was not true 2) The shower nozzle got jammed and could not be turned off 3) the heating system is awful.Although I was told system was new we froze. 4) Asked employee for trash bag and was told we were only allowed One Bsg.

Rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff was very helpful and polite. When we checked in the front desk staff changed out rooms to an adjoining set of rooms to accommodate our children. In the morning the bistro had a good selection of food and drinks. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Good service ,nice pool, ample parking, and clean rooms. Fair price rooms near Andover and Lawrence. Parents have stayed here several times and always loved it. Only downside is that patrons frequently allow their small children into the hot tub. Overall, recommended hotel. Not much around it to walk to as it is an isolated location.

Nicely updated Marriott location, which was suggested as the nicest hotel in the area. The staff was nice & rooms noticeably clean upon arrival. We only stayed for one night, but would stay again in the future.

I've stayed here for years while working in the area and it's always a solid choice for a good night! The rooms are clean and updated and the Bistro is good for a quick snack or full on meal. The staff is amazing too! Enjoy!

Stayed for one night with a wedding party. Staff was friendly, room was affordable and spacious. TV was spotty at first, but it was Game of Thrones and I imagine a lot of people just tuned in, the signal returned to normal after a few minutes.

Nice beds, clean manicured grounds; however, staff was not very accommodating for motorcyclists. Very hot day and soft asphalt - any motorcyclist knows what a catastrophe this is... ; however, manager would not allow motorcycles to park under the covered area, which had a significant amount of room. All other hotels allow this as they do not want to have the motorcycle falling over and tearing up the asphalt when the kick stand goes through the soft asphalt. Will not be staying here again.

The rooms are nice. The hotel lobby is more modern than the rest of the hotel. The staffs were okay. They were just did their jobs, they never provide a beyond and above experience when I had a issue with something in my room. There is not much stuff to do in the area. I loved the this hotel had a pool and hot tub. The pool area and hotel were clean which was great.

The location of this hotel is good for being close to the office you are visiting, but terrible for going out for anything close. Room and service is exactly the same as every one of these hotels I have been in. Internet seems a bit faster than normal for this hotel chain.

I went to visit family staying at the hotel. The hotel itself and the grounds were beautiful. Very clean and with a great courtyard in the center. The room was spacious and neat, very comfortable bed. Would highly recomend this location to anyone stayong in the area.

Worst experience at a Marriott brand in 30 years. Poor service, rude staff, dirty, broken equipment (heater, toilet). Overheard while manager talked to his staff tonight: "The health department inspected today and it was disgusting and embarrassing." True story.

Very nice place. Very quiet rooms. Cafe attached has nice food to. Plenty of parking. Nice and quiet around the hotel as well. Even just walking the parking lot is nice with trees all around

Upon arrival, we found a blunt and ashes on the nightstand. Apparently the cleaning is a little lacking. We haven t ventured out much during the pandemic due to caution, and this makes me wonder how clean everything else is if they missed something that big. Not feeling to confident about staying here.

Good, clean rooms. Staff was really nice and helpful. And theres a Starbucks/bar in the lobby which is awesome for my morning and night needs lol. The only thing i had a problem was this odd smell in my room asoon as i walked in (room 346), it might of been the hvac system, that might need a new filter or the rugs from getting wet because the bathroom sink is actually outside of the bathroom (idk why that was designed that way but anyways) Eventually i went nose blind and i got use to the smell. Other than that its a good hotel.

Not too happy with this hotel. I have to be in the surrounding area for work and my family tagged along. For the rate, I was expecting better service and amenities. Upon arriving, there was no bell service, and when I asked somebody at the front desk for assistance with luggage, he just handed me the cart and didn't even take it all the way outside to the car at the very least. We booked for 3 people, and the sofa bed was not made. We had to call to ask them to make it and the housekeeping wasn't very happy to be called in after 10 pm. There is no real breakfast place. The bathroom even for the suite is so tiny that if I'm sitting in the toilet and if my daughter opened the door, my face would get whacked by the door. Now this is in New England where it gets very cold. You'd think they would have real duvets or at least thicker blankets and comforters. Nope! They are as lightweight as can be. We froze our butts off on our first night, and didn't get a good night sleep. It's our second night and we asked for more blankets and they did not bring it. I am not impressed, and i've stayed in much better Courtyard Marriott for way cheaper too. My husband is has gold status and it has gotten him nothing, not an upgrade, not even free bottled water. The bottled water is $5. We've stayed in cheaper hotels where they hand out bottled water for free! Location-wise, there's not much around here so I'm really not sure why it is this pricey. So disappointed. Will not be coming back.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to us while we were traveling for a funeral with an eight month old baby. Also great to several of my other family members who stayed there as well. Room was beautiful and very clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Was here last week on business (Jan 7-9). Pretty average Courtyard for the most part, but woke up after my first night with a few bug bites... didn t think too much of it at the time... but the next morning I woke up to leave and had a bunch more BED BUG bites... Still itching and using hydrocortisone cream. Needless to say, I d be extremely concerned about going back.
