The most unprofessional guy I've been served with in past 11 yrs, I'm the Mercedes customer since 2007 and I've never got this conversation before anywhere, make sure don't be served by the guy name: Migel, he was keep trying to overcharge me and keep giving me the wrong informations and making the story up of himself and the funny things is he was absolutely sure about the information that was clearly wrong, lucky I didn't trust him and asked another nice guys there about my probs and I've got double estimated price for lost key from him, dear mosman team management please make sure this guy get well trained if you care about your reputation, I personally never coming back to this place as it is closest to where I live.
