McEnearney Associates Review

At all costs, avoid real estate transactions with McEnearney Associates (Jodie Burns) in the Hollin Hills neighborhood. When I purchased my home in 2018, Jodie Burns was the seller s agent. She did not disclose that my home was next to a major county construction project, although as a member of the Hollin Hills parks committee, she was aware of these plans. Had I known about these plans, I would have purchased another property. Instead, me and my young son are going to be living next to heavy construction. Avoid this realtor and properties listed with her.

Lori Bardo at McEnearney Alexandria-Old Town went above and beyond to sell my house in Arlington in challenging circumstances due to COVID and the fact that I live in Japan. Lori was cool under pressure and worked extraordinarily hard to meet the deadlines we set for completing repairs and listing the house, all while making the entire process enjoyable due to her engaging personality and always professional demeanor. Lori's meticulous attention to detail, advocacy, negotiating skills, intelligence, and work ethic are amazing - as a lawyer, I am a tough grader on those qualities so this is high praise! I would happily recommend Lori Bard to everyone I know and everyone I don't know! I look forward to working together with Lori again on future transactions.

Sandra Gehring has been helping us rent our house for the past few years, and has always done a spectacular job. This year in particular, she has gone above and beyond what one would expect, personally overseeing a very large repair/remodeling project that needed to be done quickly, helping us to get all of the contractors scheduled, finding new paint/materials that matched the house, checking up on the contractors' progress and making sure it all got done in time for the renters to move in as scheduled. All in the middle of this strange pandemic year to boot. We couldn't have done this all without her staying on top of everything and taking a personal interest in the house.
