Sandra Gehring has been helping us rent our house for the past few years, and has always done a spectacular job. This year in particular, she has gone above and beyond what one would expect, personally overseeing a very large repair/remodeling project that needed to be done quickly, helping us to get all of the contractors scheduled, finding new paint/materials that matched the house, checking up on the contractors' progress and making sure it all got done in time for the renters to move in as scheduled. All in the middle of this strange pandemic year to boot. We couldn't have done this all without her staying on top of everything and taking a personal interest in the house. Needless to say we'd highly recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent!
