My husband and I hired Mackenzie to sell our Arlington house in preparation for our retirement. We were so busy finishing up work, finding a rental in Florida, arranging the move, and trying to stay healthy in the midst of the pandemic. Mackenzie was a godsend! She talked us through the options, did a market analysis, started making contacts, and helped sell our house to a developer. Mackenzie took care of us at every step--patiently explaining what was needed; gathering information and forms; working with our complicated trust documents, the purchaser, financial institutions, and the title company.
