At all costs, avoid real estate transactions with McEnearney Associates (Jodie Burns) in the Hollin Hills neighborhood. When I purchased my home in 2018, Jodie Burns was the seller s agent. She did not disclose that my home was next to a major county construction project, although as a member of the Hollin Hills parks committee, she was aware of these plans. Had I known about these plans, I would have purchased another property. Instead, me and my young son are going to be living next to heavy construction. Avoid this realtor and properties listed with her.
