They gave our burgers to somebody else, weren't fo...

They gave our burgers to somebody else, weren't forthcoming admitting they made an error, then after 12 mins still not having received our meals they admitted fault and said we could have some complementary desserts. When we went to redeem our choice of desserts we were initially told that would be a sundae only. Eventually citing our grievances the on duty manager gave us two McCafe desserts something I believe should of been forthcoming to begin with.
