McDonalds, Annerley QLD Review

I ve reached a point in my life where I m not comfortable with food made by teenagers. See photo

Friendly staff, great hot chips! and fast drive through.

Typical McDonald. Very easy parking. Table service is good.

Average. Still get sloppy burgers with a tiny bit of sauce.

Good Macdonalds but shame it isn't 24/7. Has the make your own burger/self ordering system as well as a McCafe.

Can be a bit tricky to get to via public transport as it sits far in between two of the main bus stops on Ipswitch road.

All ways good. Was my first 5 star review at this place. Sadly the quality and quantity drops after the day mangers. we got food at 8:30pm and was not even close to the day time quality. Also dropping stars as the store used to have really good front end services now its seems like a flock of seagulls fighting over a chip. It's day an night there. Also only been going once every 2 weeks instead of daily and the quality and care shows.

Drive thru staff need better training. We have come through numerous times and the orders have been wrong, whether it's the car behind us' order, or forgotten items.

Very nice location with quick service and alit of seating for peak hours. The area has alot of facilities such as charging ports and toilets as well as table service if you want it. The atmosphere inside is nice and looks clean and tidy most of the time. The drive through is quick most of the time with not much of a wait in line. One of the better McDonald's I've been too.

First time in the McDonald's restaurant Annerley, I like the way that the restaurant is set up it's unique very pleasant atmosphere star for polite and professional food was fresh and didn't have to wait long for my order. Even with the covid-19 restrictions and distancing I found the restaurant to be relaxing and enjoyed my meal.

Quite similar to the one just up the road. No variety.

Standard McDonald Restaurant. Managing the takeaway patrons seemed bit unorganised and waiting space is really compact, specifically when we need to maintain social distancing one would expect better spacing.

Not impressed. Shake was too runny. Ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single and fries didn't have salt on them.

Shocking. 30 min wait for 3 burgers, the first arrived 5 mins before the rest, and it was made wrong. The place was a mess, most of the empty tables hadn't been cleared down. Haven't done maccas for a while, definitely going to be a while before I visit here again.

Oldie but a goodie, the maccas has been around for ages, but has a good playground and very good party facilities (downstairs)

Slow delivery. Didn't realise until after leaving that purchased aluminium coke cup was not delivered.

It s your classic maccas food, 3 stars because services inside is super slow and no one tells you anything, Drive through always takes priority.

Really disappointed, everytime I go there for chips they are soggy and cold.

Please help my son is trapped and tangled in some sort of box here. S.O.S.

Generally pretty good, always clean and the staff are polite. Sometimes food isn't always really hot, and service can be bit slow.

Very slow today. Beed waiting 20 minutes for my order when there was 9:30pm and a few people were in there! Too bad!

This is the slowest McDonald's in Brisbane. The drive through is terribly slow even late at night.

Never expected quality and service ,

Had some issues with getting a decent coffee at the McDonald s outlets I was very pleasantly surprised with a very good quality cappuccino and a choice of breakfast selection. Prompt service and clean surroundings.

It was so nice to go to a McDonalds and have polite staff that knew what they were doing, and make a great coffee and hot chocolate. Thank you so much i wish your staff worked out at kallangur where I live

Relaxed and easy going place. In addition of regular menu, it has a cabinet for salad and other items.car park is big enough.

Nothing different with the food but the staff were super friendly and quick!

Just imagine I said something mean here and you get the point and what's the go with a billion alarms going of together, different times, all at once bloody circus it's like the computers are telling the monkeys the food is cooked . Not mc'happy

I also had my order stuffed up in the drive thru tonight so I went in and sore it was a gong show

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Coffees and Chai Latte were all hot. Thank you.

Love this maccas it's always so clean and fresh feeling lovely garden to look at while eating and HUGE playground for the kids

Pretty dissapointing actually. Read previous rave reviews...was not expecting a miracle, nor received anything close. There is a huge disparity between a model photo on menu to what you receive. A cheeseburger that was hurredly wrapped, half the vertical size of menu pic, muffin with jam and butter came without jam and butter and knife and by the time we received missing items and coffee (wrong size to order), muffin was stone cold due to arctic temp of air conditoning...pretty much on par really.

Usually a good maccas but one of the drive thru staff was figuring out my iced chai latte order and suddenly what I guess is her manager barged in yelling like I get it s stressful but she was doing her best ya don t have to yell at her it s just gonna stress her out more :/ maybe be nicer

I love McDonalds.
The staff are very nice & polite.
I do get some staff that are very rude & they are so sour & don't even smile & it makes me feel uncomfortable, so I won't go back to the McDonalds at Annerley in Brisbane.
The other McDonald restaurants in Brisbane are pretty good.
McDonald's at Kangaroo Point would have to be the best restaurant in my opinion.

Currently in a long drive through line getting nothing because the frozen drinks is broken. This is the 3rd time this week this has happened. Not happy! Also stop throwing my food in my car window.

One of the best McDonald's around the city, with a friendly staff at fast service. Never had a complain about the food because it was hot nd fresh.

Cleanest and fanciest Maccas in Brisbane. Sauce on tap and ultra trendy interior decor

My preferred Maccas store in brisbane. I have never had a bad meal nor have I ever been ripped off or cheated unlike some stores that only half fill the fries for drive through customers. I'm looking at you Mansfield. Also the store is never grubby like the Kangaroo Point store so you feel better about the food quality.

Bad service,
Gave them a coffee card with 19 purchases and they didn't return it. But offered me a new card. ABSOLUTELY PEEVED

Two very bad experiences recently, but previously they were a lot better. Perhaps someone from management will look at this, and can restore the standards of days past.

1st experience: cold burgers that were served, and i don't mean it was due to it being take away. It was literally so cold that I had to microwave it at home after a 2min drive to home

2nd experience: very long wait (approx 10mins) at drive thru, followed by:
- less than half filled bag of "large fries", why do we even bother getting large fries? (see pic below)
- no cheese in the chicken and cheese burger
- no salt at all in the fries

I understand that you are busy, but can you please do some quality control before you provide your customers with food?

Food was good, service was okay.
Last night I ordered online and went there for pick it up myself. I walked in to the counter but the guy behind the counter didn't ask me anything I have to asked him about my food instead.

Sometimes the fries aren't good (too oily, old, no salt). Once they messed up our order and gave us vouchers in exchange but they had expired. Drive through is fine as long as it's not during the peak times. Around peak times, you'd have to wait for your food for a while.

Incorrect orders and very messy when we went there. But that s McDonalds I guess.

Been there a few times both inside as well as drive through. Service is quick and staff is friendly
Place is quite spacious and they have a kids play area as well.

Unbelievably bad. I use this maccas as my cheat meal. Maccas should be fast, simple food that is impossible to f*** up. 9/10 time the staff here manage it. Tonight My BigMac was a chicken burger. My Coke with no ice a Diet Coke with ice. My 10 mcbites contained 8. On the plus side my dessert wasn't forgotten for a change.

Well managed and maintained restaurant .Staff were efficient and friendly .My meal came in a good timely.manner .Clean and tidy venue .Well done to the Macca's staff at Annerley
