I don't know what the planning was for when they renovated this McDonalds location, but somethings just don't make sense. Previously there were many seating area for customers to dine-in at, now it has reduced to half the amount. There use to be Atleast 4 cashiers (usually 2-3 staffs working at the register) and now there is only 2. Kiosks were pretty much the replacements of the cashiers. Although it's quick to get orders in, people still have to go through a long line up to pay cash... No room for line up's and waiting area. The best improvement they made is the drive through.

The worst experience I had was early morning 4am to grab breakfast before work. I stood at the cashier for over 10min to be served. The staffs working that morning clearly see me but they did not bother to Atleast let me know they will be with me shortly...they just stared at me from the kitchen (doing nothing but waiting for food to be heat up or something). Once I was served (which they didn't even have the energy or motif to do so) I waited forever for my food, but that's fine cause it was really early and they had to make my order from scratch.

The other bad experience I had was late at night buying food for my family (take out). It was really busy, so I went to the kiosk to skip the line up (which nobody was working at the cashier). Everyone waited 30min to an hour for their food. I got part of my order after 30min but the other part never showed up. After another 30min, I ask one of the staffs who were dealing with another missing order, as to where my big Mac combo was...it was apparently ready awhile back and is now cold. Luckily he was more than happy to offer me a fresh one (which took 10min), I got home with a warm burger and cold fries (I ate my ice cream and food while waiting for the burger).

Location so convienent but service is bad. I definitely don't recommend going during busy hours (nor early morning).
