McDonald's USA Review

Food was decent but for a fast food place its getting to be a little overpriced.

Sandwich was cold and so was the coffee cold and tasted old.

The Food is good .good price and I like the way they bring it to your table.nice touch for a fast food service.

I asked for fresh McNuggets and they gave me old ones that's at not happy

Shift manager "Paola" arguing with other worker in front of customers, took anger out on other customers ordering

Ever since you guys got sued over that hot coffee you haven't served a hot meal. Most of your business is with drive-thru so once you give that person at the drive through a lukewarm meal by the time I get home it's a cold horrible mistake! I'm 62 I remember what McDonald's really taste like! And God forbid your advertisement used to be to get changed back for me Dollar you're lucky to get change back from $20! Does anyone even remember when they actually cooked instead of warm up and steamed up your meal!

Very rude. No slushies anymore, they got rid of them. Only thing on the menu worthwhile. Also the workers are very rude too.

Lady at the window was beyond rude. Tried asking a question and she put a finger up at me and shut the window and left me sitting there for five minutes. Gave me the wrong drink then when I got home there was hair in my food and my fries. I gave the food to my dogs I was so grossed out. Granted I got my money back but still there is absolutely no excuse for it. Whether youre a regular crew member or a manager you need to wear a hat. I won't be returning.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff but the management that took our order was kind of rude

Some McDonald's in CT have any size coffee for $1.06 others charge $1.48...

This is the only McDonald's I've ever been in where you can watch the news while eating Breakfast or Dinner and It don't seem like some of the McDonald's I've been where my first visit was my last visit seriously!!!!

The lady makes a mistake on my order, no one knows how to fix the problem, so they get the difference between what I paid for and what I got. ..UNREAL

The food was not that great and the prices were unreal for a fast food joint

Awful service, they had people waiting 10 or more minutes after waiting about the same to get up to the window

The drive through was really slow and the inside was even slower

Slow cooker time also poor management not utilizing his people in right position

Rude employee with nasty attitude. Appeared to be a manager. Messed up order and tried to overcharge me. Terrible.

They have consistently gotten my order wrong. It's mcdonalds, it's not difficult. And they want $15 an hour??? Idiots

All staff at this McDonalds are as good as they get. Start my day there , almost every day there,for a reason.

When you ask for extra pickles they not only charge you for it BUT they give you 2 instead of 1

This is a SAD excuse for a fast food restaurant. The food is cold, especially the fries. the shakes are messy with it spilling out the cup. the crew is rude they don't greet you or tell you to have a nice day.

Very nice people working there , but they mess up the simplest orders!!! Most of the time ...75% ...long lines , & slow service.

Very clean, they have great customer service, I asked how the workers day was, and they would always answer. Great mcdonalds, I always get my order

Basic MacDonald's not worth the pricing food can be Cold.....

The food was hot and fresh. My sister had a fish sandwich and French fries.

Besides messing up my order, no one smiles even at 10.10 an hour

This McDonalds is right by the highway ramps for easy off and on highway (I-91). There's t.v.'s in dining area, free WiFi, and a play area for kids. The employee's keep the dining area clean and stocked.

No more customer contact. Order from a kiosk ? Is it too much to say may I help you and thank you, have a nice day ? Have we succumbed to an antisocial society ?

Mcdonalds is somewhere youd like to go when your short on time and need to eat. Food was just the same as any other mcdonalds. I believe the drive thru employees are rude so i wont be going back by choice..

I love Mac Donald all ways I say,but yesterday 03/07/20 ,10:30 pm I go this place again but this is 3 times same problem Spanish lady talk to me crazy are no why, I m working restaurant to I never talk to my costumer,very rude and very bad mouth l never go there again, I m sorry for mc Donald s.

Prices for McDonald's have gotten rediculous...and the all to often " can you please pull ahead and
& wait"

Fish sandwich is now a baby fish sandwich. Too small as compared with other places.

Place is very clean,staff are very polite and respectful, the kids love the games they have, touch screens tv with kids games, tables with touch screen drawing ,is the cleanest mc donald, I ever been to, good is fresh, and management is on top of they store, 5 stars all day.

Always enjoy, especially when the fries are not undercooked.

Food was fresh and the place was clean, but the customer service wasn't good. The young guy that took my order just stood there and said nothing but the total and looked like he hated the world. Once my food was done i watched him throw my bag on the counter and walk away before i had the chance to get out my seat. I can understand that we have our bad days, but i dont want to talk to a wall and have my food tossed around.

It's McDonald's. It's clean, new, quick. It's McDonald's.

This was the very-first McDonald's that ever ate at. This was back in 1971. How many recall the Drive In Movies across the street? Because of this McDonald's, I LOVE mustard on my hamburger. All the best and thanks for introducing me to a great hamburger chain.

Just tried to get food, sat at the drive through for like 5 minutes. Definitely not 24 hours like it says online.

A few times I've gone the fries were half full. When I brought this up to their attention everyone, including the manager just looked at me with a "who cares" look at didn't do anything. Generally not friendly, but it's a McDonalds and the food is what it is.

It s weird rating a McDonald s in general but this one is the typical McDonald s you d expect. The interior is nice and newly renovated it looks like. You can order your food at one of those menu displays which is pretty cool the first couple of times

Decent service, new machines that you can order from inside so it lessens the need for human interaction.

Love the remodel. Impressed with the staff bringing the order to the table. Clean n friendly staff

It's McDonald's. This one in particular hires workers with a sour attitude. But then again, it's McDonald's....

Solid McD's. Good service, clean restrooms, comfortable updated seating areas, convenient location.

If you're in the area, you know this is the McDonalds to go to. Everyone does, which is why the lines are so long all the time. I will bypass the McDonalds in East Haven by the highway and go here. Better service, fresher food, and you will more than likely get everything you ordered and paid for the way you ordered it.
